catastrophic and never again
I ordered snus on February 3rd, 2025 and haven't heard anything since. I've written four emails to date, all of which have gone unanswered. Does anyone know if this is a fake company?

Snus 24 finally responded
I don't know what is going on. I ordered on Feb 9. Then sent several emails. No response. I tried to call them but nobody picks up. Just voicemail. Still processing my order almost a month later. If I order again it now says that they use UPS. Which is better than PostNord.
Update: March 3, Snus24 finally responded with a tracking # after I submitted another email.

Poor customer service
I placed an order on 2/7/25. I been going back and forth with them via email about issues not being able to ship to the us. They keep telling me they are doing research to be able to ship to the us and now they have gone radio silent. I sent them an email on 2/25/25 stating at this point if you can’t ship just refund me.

They have a great selection but moreso…
They have a great selection but moreso they have great prices. Now that they changed shipping partners, it actually costs less for me to have the products shipped than to buy them locally (the few that are even available locally) This is my second order from Snus 24. A couple years ago I ordered a bunch of different products just to try things I couldn’t get at my local shops, but now it makes financial sense to order from them, I’ll be ordering a couple dozen at a time. Great choice to go with. Just be sure if you’re in the USA you don’t expect your product to be incredibly fast, so plan ahead. I waited 9 total days.

Packages take way to long to arrive.
Package deliver system has been changed and now packages sit without any updates for multiple days on end. Without any communication from Snus24. I'm not very Happy with this once great service!!!!
