Age verification was easy, they offer very cheap packs to try out at checkout which I like very much and delivery came within a few days. I would give it 5 stars if I would have been notified of the package being shipped out. They also included a promotion to get 4 packs for 1chf from one of their partners which was very nice to receive.

My order came for 6 business days in the EU. I didn't had problems with customs nor missing order items as others have experienced. However, customer service didn't respond to my emails.

Order took more than 2,5 weeks to send, so I told them to cancel my order.

They need to refund me around 125 euro which has not be done more than 3 weeks.

They ignore the mails.

What a waste of a company.

Really good, i dont really like nicotine snus, so i bought the caffinated one, and my god is it amazing. the only grudge i held is, that in postnord it showed “Could not be delivered. The recipient will get a notification with info on where the shipment item will be available for collection.” and i never got a notification or anything to say that the package has arrived, so i had to check if it is in my local post office, turns out it was there from the 28th of february (3/4/2024 the time of writing this). apart that it is really really good

I order velo to serbia because there was no obstacle or warning about custom but ı made express saver shıpment because ı couldnt trust the website

Just got my second order from the GB/EN website (Not US) And im very pleased, they got both my orders to me in around 5-6 days which seems decent given its from Denmark to Wales ^_^

Seems like the best place to get chew bags! (UK website doesn't offer regular snus)

Seems to be a scamm page, payed for express shipping which takes 5 days as they say, no shipping after 4 days, no customer service, no answer for 3 days in a row, scam page highly do not reccomend!!!!

Paid for full shipment and they only sent it partially.

Ordered from Snus Express to the UAE it never arrived. Despite my numerous emails regarding a refund, I was simply ignored. Avoid !!!!

Placed two orders to UAE together worth 100+ USD, goods never arrived, no replies to my emails... AVOID...

Be very very careful of this company!!! If the shipment doesn't arrive, their policy dictates that they will not reimburse you NOR will they resend the order. Their policy is that once they have shipped (internationally) there is no tracking number and the risk falls solely on the buyer...After 3 months of waiting for the 20 cans ordered, I enquired and they basically told me tough luck that's our policy. Or they tried to blame a wrong address, which ironically is saved on their system as the last address used to deliver my first batch.
WHO KNOWS IF THEY EVEN SENT IT TO ME - ALL VERY SHADEY??

In Canada, for an order of 13,77$….i would have to pay 55,75$ to get it….i think its taxes…but a 400%/tx
A10 to 20$ would have been ok …but its too much, so i wont try it

Ordered for over 200 USD, non of the packages where delivered. They don't provide tracking of the packages, neither do they take responsibility for lost packages.

For Canadiens, its the best. Legit received every order within 3 days !! I Would like more selection in Extra Strong section but thats about it ! Just stay alert for the UPS Email for paying the custom fees so you dont have delay because of that !

Please do not order anything here snus express. Ordered payed for fast delivery. Nobody sent anything, wrote email . No response. Wrote Facebook no response. 78 euro gone .

It’s been three months and I’m still waiting. I’m in Canada. So annoying! I contacted snusexpress and I’m waiting for a response. Lame! Don’t bother ordering anything as it won’t come and you’ll waste your money.

I ordered 40 cans of snus via Snusexpress. I choose the fastest shipping (or second fastest) and paid 50 $ only for shipping, but they forgot to mention that in certain countries custom clearance might take weeks.

Well, after waiting a 10 days, I was contacted from local UPS. They told me custom process would take a week before they could continue the shipping. This point it was clear that I have already left the country, when package would arrive. Therefore I asked them to send it back to SnusExpress and refund my payment.

And what did I receive from SnusExpress? A mail where they informed that they have asked UPS discard the package to avoid possible paying of refund. What a lovely way to handle customer service.

What a joke! I recommend all to avoid purchasing anything from SnusExpress

Best for Canadians with great chances. SM, SD, and Snusexpress. I am a god on snusexpress, shipping is very VERY cheap with a discount of 10% being the cheapest price compared to all 3. Snusline takes forever for shipping, at times are sketchy and is a experiment for me orders of 1-3.

Had problems due to french GLS, they started a new order for the purpose of saving time on arrival.
Best experience from a e-commerce site in my life!
