I'm a satisfied customer
I have a pleasant experience shopping at this website. Straight forward, easy to use interface to make an order with products you choose. I really like search filter by the strength of tobacco, helped me a lot to find snus that agrees with me ( my stomach can't handle strong snus).
Also I have to mention customer service, which is polite and responds in record time.
Only thing that I would improve is shipping. Even do it is free ( who can argue with that being awesome? ) I have to say that it took bit over 3 weeks for a small package to travel over a part of Europe. Maybe change the postal service? It was Israel Post.
I will probably be a long term customer.
