Got here as described. Have ordered numerous times. If ordering in the states be prepared for a long hold sometimes in Memphis customs. Will clear in a week or so normally but in no way is this the fault of snusme. Thanks again.

Ordered two packages from Snusme. First one is still held up in a "clearance delay." The pacakage never came. The customer service regarding this package was amazing.

My order was completely wrong. I ordered 43 total tins. I received 21 tins. More than half my order was not in the shipment? Where is my product or my refund?

Great Customer Service
They always ship fast and it usually only takes a week to get to me in the US. This most recent order was impacted by customs though and they seized a couple of cans for no reason. I emailed them and they got back to me in a day just asking for the order number and which products were missing and they promptly issued me a refund for the seized products. Great customer service and great products.

I really appreciate that they ship to the United States and even though I don’t like to pay for shipping, considering the distance my order traveled, I can’t complain. Also, I received my order exactly 7 days from the order date. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

1 Star – Disappointing Experience and Poor Resolution
I reported a clear product issue and provided photos showing the patches were compromised and hard one side. The response I received was that it “seems like there’s no issue,” which didn’t reflect the evidence I shared.
Additionally, the product referenced in the resolution was incorrect. I originally reported an issue with the tropical product, but was issued a 50% refund for Raspberry Lemon instead. This suggests my initial message was not fully reviewed.
A partial refund on the wrong item doesn’t resolve the problem. I was expecting a more accurate and thoughtful response, along with a proper resolution based on the actual issue.
Overall, this experience felt rushed and not handled with the level of attention or accountability I expected
