I was delivered 9 pucks, 3 of them didn't taste like I ordered and the other 3 turned out to be kind of strange in the sense that they didn't have any effect

I ordered a small order and never got any updates. It’s been a week since my order, and I received an email stating I was supposed to get my order today between 4:30 and 5:30. The order never came and I doubt it’s ever coming at all. I’ve emailed snuspal help 3 times and haven’t gotten anything back. Probably a great product, but if you ever want to get it I would go somewhere else.

Never received my order. I’ve send emails without any response. This is really not ok.

Never received my product. Sent them 4 emails and never got a response.

Didn’t even get it and it couldn’t make it through customs. None of my emails to customer service were responded to

I'm writing about my parcel and no one is responding. I ordered a parcel twice already, two months ago, it took a very long time to arrive, I wrote to the manager and he didn't respond. Now I ordered it again and the manager doesn't respond. Bad service because it says they can respond 24/7.

Fast shipping, fair prices & thankful to have a reasonable way to get flavors not available to us here in the states.

Good service as usually! Two stars off this time as no answers via chat during last two orders, when I had some questions.
Also hoping to get 1.5mg or 3mg Zyn back.

My order was never delivered. I emailed twice and never got a response.

There is no progress regarding my order and I did not experience a response even though I sent an uncertain email when I would receive it.

Used to be really good but slipped massively

I normally order 30-40 packs at a time Used always get shipped within 24 hours and delivered next day

They would even throw me an extra pack to try new brands and flavours

But now it's days before it's shipped

The extras stopped completely

Currently a week since I ordered and still haven't received my delivery

Leaving the country tomorrow morning for a few weeks and will have to go and buy more at a store this evening because of the service

Tried their online chat service Just a bot that eventually puts you through to an agent that never comes

Will be my last order unfortunately

The item ordered has yet to be shipped. It’s not tracking as having left the facility. I do understand the holidays could have an impact, item was ordered on line on the 22nd. It has been 11 days and still hasn’t shipped.

I placed an order with SnusPal a week ago, and contacted them multiple times to ask where my order is.
No reply whatsoever. My order is still not shipped, and there has been zero communication.

At this point, the problem isn’t just the delay — it’s the complete lack of customer support. If there’s an issue, customers deserve to be informed. Ignoring emails is not acceptable for a business handling payments.

I am now giving SnusPal one final chance to respond. If I don’t hear back shortly, I will:

Escalate this via a chargeback

Share my experience more broadly on Reddit and other community platforms, so others are aware

I’ll happily update this review if SnusPal resolves the issue and actually ships the order. Until then, I cannot recommend ordering from them.
