Ordered a cot just before Christmas. Arrived fine albeit a bit slow but put it down to the christmas period.
Arrived damaged. Contacted them on the 7th January ok will send out a replacement to be received within 2 working days. Nothing arrived. Contacted again 9th January and was told oh sorry its out of stock we will send another one that's similar. Again nothing received. Contacted them again to be told they will send out ASAP. It was sent finally received tracking but then it's returned to snuz. Emailed again to be told they will send another replacement but it will be 5 working days.
Customer service just keep saying it'll be sent but we have no cot we can use and our baby has now outgrown their next to me. No option for refund so cannot purchase an alternative.
Update 21st January - still not cot received. After promising one was sent out to be delivered in 2 working days the tracking said it was never received by dpd.
Chased again. They have sent another one out with dx for overnight delivery due 22nd. Again the tracking does not show its been sent to the courier so I do not hold out hope it will be delivered.
If not delivered on the 22nd I have requested that snuz give a full refund.

Great customer service, the local courier delivered the parcel which had been opened and missing an item.
I emailed the customer service team and they responded the next day and were extremely helpful in sending out a replacement.

I have bought snozepod for my first son, kept it in storage for future child. Unfortunately the fabric part got mouldy, looked on the website and searched for parts and could not find it. I was about to buy used one. But thought to ask Snuzepod customer service if they sell replacement fabric inserts. And they do! Ive still managed to purchase other model inserts which isn't compatible with mine 3rd version. Demi kindly sorted that out. Great and swift customer service post Xmas. So I can relax and set up my cot bed for new arrival in time.

I recently made an order for a number of items. All arrived the next day. One item wasn't fit for purpose but the Snuz customer service team were really quick and efficient at rectifying it for me and a replacement was sent the next day.

I am a Snüz customer from Bulgaria, and my wife and I are expecting our first child—a baby boy. We decided to purchase baby furniture from Snüz, as it is marketed as high-standard quality. Locally, the entire package cost us 4,200 BGN, which is a significant amount, especially considering the average monthly salary in Bulgaria is around 2,200 BGN. This makes the furniture nearly twice the cost of what most people earn in a month.
For the price we paid, I would rate the product 2 out of 5 stars. The fitment of panels and components is extremely poor, with pieces that don’t align easily and an assembly process that is far from straightforward. When comparing Snüz to mid-range furniture brands like IKEA or Jysk, Snüz is undoubtedly disappointing.
While I do appreciate the product design, which stands out compared to other options on the market, the overall quality and user experience fall far short of expectations, especially at this price point.

Ordered a moses basket on a Wednesday with Next Day Delivery just to be told on the Friday by customer service that it has been delayed to the following Monday and "there's nothing they can do".
The quality of the products for the most part is pretty good, and the customer service is also good. However, as a company that prides itself on products that have longevity in mind - I quote their website 'clever and innovative features designed to grow with your child from birth right up until their early years,' which also implies associated sustainability credentials...this is not entirely true.
I already have a snuzkot, which has gone from being a cot to a bed for my toddler, and for which I also plan to buy the extension kit and extra piece of mattress when she gets older. Now I that I also have another child who is 6months old and ready to go into a cot, I was planning on buying the same product again, although I just need the parts to make a toddler bed, as I already have the rails and high sides from my toddler's bed when hers was a cot.
After having spoken to customer services, at present I am due to save myself only £9 by buying the parts separately to make just the toddler bed. When there is a promotion for the Snuzkot, it is likely that it will actually be more expensive for me to purchase the parts I need, rather than a completely new SnuzKot, which in turn 1 year down the line will result in not one, but two sets of rails and sides that will not be used again.
Surely if the company prides itself that much on designing their products with adaptability and longevity in mind, they should also be looking at how families develop, and how the products will be used in these circumstances?

Products are of great quality. I have ordered snuzpod4 bedside crib complete bundle. From packaging to manuals and tools, everything is so organized. Excellent customer service! I had a problem with my snuzcloud, so I had to email them. And within minutes they replied saying the replacement is being processed and will be on the next day delivery. I’m amazed!

Upon assembly of the Snuzbaskit stand, it was clear a defective item had been dispatched. Due to a crucial built-in metal part within the stand's frame missing, this left us in a position where the Snuzbaskit is unusable, as stand is not able to be erected. The stand was evidently not Quality Assurance checked due to missing built-in part, and a very striking and sizable green line ruining the appearance of the stand.
Customer Service promised next day delivery of replacement parts that could be used to rectify the situation, however this delivery failed to occur and emails have since been ignored.
I had stressed many times that I am heavily pregnant with baby due absolutely any day, and will therefore not have anywhere to sleep due to the unusable order. Additionally,
I voiced that I cannot be inconvenienced waiting around for all day deliveries, when I have important antenatal commitments. A great deal of undue stress and inconvenience has been caused, totally unnecessary to my health and wellbeing that is failing to be catered to and respected by Snuz.
Urgent remedy of the failed delivery is still required along with recompense for faulty goods, undue stress and upset, total inconvenience, continued chasing and complete lack of action.
Baby arriving any day at all has nowhere to sleep as a result of Snuz' failings.
Please do not ask me contact yourselves via telephone or email to resolve, I have already reached out via email on more than one occassion and I am being ignored, hence I am not prepared to call. Simply have this urgent matter resolved today 17.10.24 as a heavily pregnant woman mustn't be expected to sacrifice precious time and energy.

Purchased a snuz pod 4 as we were under the impression it was a next to me crib. It looks lovely and functions well as a stand alone cot, however the lip cannot be removed and means baby always needs to be lifted in and out, and you cannot feed baby to sleep while they are lying down in it. This encourages bed sharing if baby can’t tolerate transfers to cot (this is a lot of babies) which is a lot more dangerous than a next 2 me. Completely defeats the purpose, this functions as essentially a fancy Moses basket so is a waste of money. The pod fits poorly on the base also and is a little slanted.
