I must admit when they first arrived I thought they were maybe a little firm for me but I decided I will try them and I am so happy I did I sleep so well I actually can’t wait to go to bed at night and definitely don’t want to get up I also bought the goose down topper so sleeping on both has made me sleep like I don’t think I ever have The pillows stay looking good when the bed is made too I am so happy and now I will try out the linen bedding to complete the set

Can you please send through some photos displaying the faulty of the product along with the product batch number?
The batch number of the product can be located on the very back small plain white tag with just a number on it (e.g 005921).
Please can you advise how you have cared for the Linen?
- What temperature is the linen washed at?
- Detergent used?
- If tumble dried, at what temperature?
Once I have this information we can look to resolve this matter for you through a replacement or refund.

I needed a second pillow for when I have my regular cleaned. I can hardly tell a difference between this one and the Hungarian goose down pillow. The casing is if amazing quality and now I have pillow protectors to keep my pillows safe and clean. I can only recommend either version.

Really comfy pillows but they do squish down when sleeping making for umcomfortable neck. Not supportive enough.

Aaah, it's aways a great shame when you think a product is going to be great and that you are going to love it. Sadly, that's what i had envisaged when I was looking at all the options regarding purchasing these pillows. They are simply not as soft as i thought they would be - it's as simple as that. As such, I am probably not in a position to return them so I am left with a product that I cannot use for the purpose for which they were purchased. So they are now being used as a back rest on our sofa - so that just shows you how "soft" they are! Everyone is different mind but you wanted my opinion and that is it!

Whilst the quality of this 80% Goose Down MEDIUM Pillow - SQUARE - looks very good, unfortunately I was aiming to replace a 7 year Soak & Sleep 90% Goose Down Square MEDIUM-FIRM Pillow . . . and I found the 80% MEDIUM variety was too soft. Customer Services had explained in advance that they were not currently stocking the 90% MEDIUM-Firm item, so suggested I just tried the MEDIUM one to see if it would be ok.
