I have no idea what this product is like, due to the fact it was ordered on 6th March and I’m still waiting to receive it - today is the 16th. Apparently DPD are still waiting to receive it from Soak & Sleep. I emailed Soak & Sleep to query the delivery but they haven’t replied. Not professional nor efficient. Disappointing!
