Lovely thick cotton material. The zip fastenings are a great design.

Average. Strange yellow stains after first washing, everything else in the wash fine and all white bedding.

Nice, thick pillow protectors, decent quality but they stunk when i took them out the packaging. They had a stale damp smell as though they’d been stored in a damp environment. I had to wash them before I can use them. I bought them to replace the cool max pillow protectors I purchased for some soak and sleep goose down pillows which I noticed had an odour to them not long after purchase. I thought perhaps these cotton pillow protectors might help my pillows breathe as opposed to the cool max ones. Just disappointed that they had a stinky damp smell to them when opening the packet seeing they were brand new, would not have expected to wash them to remove a damp smell before use. Also my order was not packaged very well and was delivered half open with the packets split inside, not much care in packing the order, . Love soak and sleep but this last order did not seem up to par.
