I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the cotton, it is much thinner than I expected. This affects the feel of it on the skin. Given the cost of the pillowcases I think the quality is poor.

Our French Linen is naturally lightweight and breathable, which gives it a different feel and texture to heavier cotton bed linen. We appreciate, however, that the weight and feel of bed linen is very much down to personal preference, and we’re disappointed that the pillowcases did not meet your expectations, particularly given your expectations around quality and value.
