I have purchased many lovely items from them for myself and for my ponies, they smell amazing! Always prompt in replying to any questions I have. Delivery was super quick. Recently placed an order for Xmas presents for family and they were shipped the next day. I have and will always recommend these products to everyone I meet.

I love Soapology’s products, especially the soaps ! The fragrances are lovely and they don’t make your skin feel dry like you would expect a soap would do.

I have now been waiting 10 days for my order to arrive and not a word from Soapology . I love the products - this is not my first order, but the slow delivery and lack of customer service in terms of updates is really not acceptable.

I love the soaps produced, They all smell so lovely l can be stuck for choice. I originally bought mine from a Craft Fayre but have since bought from the online shop. I particularly like the soap offcuts they sell every so often. I make little needlfelted bags and put a few pieces in to give away as presents. As well as using them myself.
The company are very prompt in sending out orders and very good in its communication by letting you know, via email, when the order has been dispatched. Although l have never spoken over the phone, at the craft fayre l found the ladies very helpful, approachable and fun to talk to.

Lovely soap ,smells great and my skin is so soft and moisturised .I purchased the kilo off cut box ,which lets me sample all the different types andI usea soap saver bag ,so this is perfect

My order arrived very promptly and as I use the soap, shampoo and conditioner bars regularly, I am hoping that everything will be to the same high standard as usual.

The soaps are fab smelling, long lasting and I love that the packaging is recyclable. I’ve just tried the new wax melts too so my house smells as good as my soap now and they come in a lovely copper colour tin 👍 😊
