I had a $200,000 account on Soar Funding and was in the top 10 on their leaderboard. I made a $2,750 withdrawal, but the company closed my account and refused the payout. They claimed it was due to ‘price arbitrage,’ something that is completely out of my control and appears to be just a technical excuse to deny my payout. I tried to resolve it via support, but I was banned from their official Discord without even posting there, which shows a lack of transparency and support. I recommend exercising caution before using this platform.

It started off when, customer support is great, u can do a lot of challenges to test ur strategy before actually buying the challenge,which is great. Then when u pass u can buy the challenge to get a funded account, that is what I thought, until I got a shock that when I finally passed the challenge to pay and get a funded account that I could not find the challenge that I passed, I thought it was a joke until I contacted online chat and they could not find this challenge that I passed after so many attempts.
It was unbeliveable, howcan there be trust again.

I did a lot of trade now pay later, that's fine but my question is the one l passed which is the only one missing that has disappeared for no reason. I can't give u any more information as there's no record of this trading in my account which l found very very strange.

I think I fell for all the comments about how great this company is, but my experience has been anything but that. I documented everything so I can prove that things are not as shiny as they seem at first glance. Already at the very beginning, before completing the challenges, I had several questions for support, and they remained unanswered for quite a long time. When answers finally did come, they were incomplete, some questions were simply ignored, and the level of friendliness was not exactly pleasant either.

After completing the challenge, it took three days before I even got access to start placing orders in the reward phase. There were also some issues— instead of one account I received two, which resulted in a notification that I had violated the rules, even though I hadn’t, and they closed the additional account. Throughout the whole process, I’ve found it difficult to focus on my trading style, because I’m constantly restricted by various rules that don’t seem normal to me. You’re not allowed to have days that are “too good,” otherwise it becomes difficult to receive your reward payout.

Anyway, until now I’ve been using FTMO, and I believe it’s the only prop firm that operates fairly, allowing you to trade in your own way without having to stress about additional nonsensical rules. In my opinion, I recommend avoiding this company.

Soar it's a really good prop firm, it's built from traders so they understand the matter, conditions are clear, i had a problem with some lots calculating, and in few minutes they resolved everything, i'm happy to tell you this is one of the very few prop firm that you can trust right now, so don't waste your time searching around because i already did it for you.

Very good prop firm. The spreads, swaps and commissions are insanely good. Also the CEO listens to our request and they are very transparent.

I have used a lot of prop firms the past years and some of them had great rules but always something sketchy after passing second stage or when requesting a payout they suddenly come with hidden BS to want you payout but SOAR takes it to a while other lvl.
When other prop firms forbid you to trade before and in and x time after the red folders SOAR give you the opportunity to buy add ons to your challenge and with no min trading days and almost no swaps and holdings I can only hope no one is going to start abusing any rules or exploit any bugs cause there are really no hidden rules or extra where they can prevent you from having a full on positive trading experience.
I advise everyone who had negative experience with prop firms to try SOAR funding.
I also advise everyone else to try.
