Saying thank you for being scammed?

I am struggling to even form a beginning understanding of how I got scammed to "sign up" for a subscription to SOBREAUTYPRO.COM when they don't stock ANYTHING which I would want to purchase.

It seems that identity theft might have taken place, as I would in no shape or form have subscribed (paying a monthly subscription!) to this website.

It really troubles me that this has happened. The ONLY thing that seems to work is their customer retention department who, via Kevin, has now forced my hand to get a refund by saying I needed to put a 4 or 5 star rating on Trust pilot so that he would ensure my refund is speedily processed. Why does this feel a bit like coersion?

Say something nice about us and we will refund your money which was taken from your account without your permission.

It seems utterly bizarre that one can be scammed and then have to still thank the company which scammed you by placing a high ranking review just to have your own money returned. To me this smacks if arm-twisting.... and it doesn't end there... you have to take a screenshot and send it back to "Kevin" [probably not his real name] in Limassol and he will personally expedited your refund in 3 - 5 days - or else? He won't refund YOUR money which was SCAMMED, or else what??? TELL THE PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT THAT I didn't post a " nice" review and for them to drag out my refund or else what????

I am shocked at the bleven of finesse with which scamming companies operate today and how they make one feel you need to "THANK" them for illegitimate transactions and debits on your cards.

One thing is certain: "KEVIN" - I never bought a thing from SOBEAUTYPRO, I never "subscribed" to ANY service by your company and if I don't get the money back which was scammed from my card, I'll simply report you to my bank for fraudulent debits and have my bank debit your bank by opening a dispute.

Be assured, I don't support scams, nor do I appreciate being man-handled into writing a "positive" review for a service which I didn't subscribe to and have noninyention if supporting.

Thus is outright theft and I am NOT happy with the way I have been "handled". I am only putting a 4 sfsr rating on this so that someone else will read it and be warned!!!

Working with clients

Hello, I would like to express my gratitude to your company for the excellent work with clients. I would like to separately mention Imani, this person is helping to solve the problem of returning money, which has been going on for a week. Imani and I are not familiar, but she helps as if we have known each other all our lives. I really hope and believe that this person will help solve our problem. With respect, Abdulla!

I am amazed at thier refund policy. I made a mistake when purchasing. And they contacted me straight away. They have honoured that. I very soon will be purchasing good from them. I would recommend So Beauty to all the public. They are HIGN END OF THE SHOPPING EXPERIENC
