Damaged part packed at the company

My order was packed by somebody. That somebody would have easily seen one of the part’s boxes (the throw out bearing) was damaged. Even so, that somebody (and everybody) packing anything at your company should check that no parts are damaged before they are packed and shipped. That did not happen. The shipping box wasn’t damaged and neither were the other two parts in the box. 24hrs to inspect shipment? Some of us travel for work. Disappointed and will be very hesitant to order from you again.

Ordered an item 454442 and still have…

Ordered an item 454442 and still have not received it. I emailed customer service and still no reply. It been already going on 3 weeks.

According to our records, you spoke with Luis on 4/22. We told you that the carrier does not allow us to file a loss claim till 15 days after the package has left. USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days, but this is not guaranteed. We also reached out and left a message. We emailed you to let you know we will keep an eye on the package.

On Friday, 4/24, we emailed to follow up and ask whether the package had been delivered. Because sometimes USPS delivers even though its website isn't updated. We received your email on 4/26 letting us know you had not received the package yet. We left a message and also emailed to let you know that we were going to ship out a replacement. And if you receive the second package, please refuse it and let us know.

The replacement left 4/27 and has an estimated delivery date of today, 5/1.

Customer Service

I have purchased parts from So. Cal. Imports in the past, but this recent order really made them shine. I had ordered some brake parts that needed to be custom drilled. Andy called me to let me know those parts were already available in a pre-drilled format. Had a nice chat with him over the phone and he ended up saving me close to $100. That's what I call great customer service! Look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Thanks so much for everything!!
