Soccer.com’s mystery footwear option is the greatest value in the soccer world! Don’t sleep on this! I’ve used this option for multiple cleats for my son who LOVES soccer. I may play again in an adult league and will absolutely choose the mystery footwear option for myself!

spent nearly $400 on my daughter’s soccer kit from Soccer.com, and the quality has been terrible. The backpack I paid over $60 for arrived with the numbers clearly off-center. When I reached out, they sent a replacement — but the second one was just as bad, if not worse. Their response? That the numbers were “centered correctly” and there was nothing else they could do.

This isn’t a one-time issue either. My daughter’s jersey from another team has permanently wrinkled numbers on the back. I let that one go because it was a cheaper uniform, but it’s clear there’s no quality control at all. For the prices they charge, the lack of care and accountability is completely unacceptable.

easy way to purchase without small details to pay attention

Both items I bought were in stock, so I paid for 2 day shipping to receive my son’s soccer bag before his tournament. I ordered on a Tuesday, and didn’t receive the bag until the next Monday. That is 6 days. They cannot refund the two day shipping, and a shirt I ordered is “still processing” so that will be another week or more.

Soccer.com truly sets the standard for customer care. We purchased a pair of Nike Tiempo Legend 10 Pro soccer cleats, which unfortunately began to tear under light to moderate use. After reaching out to Soccer.com Customer Service, we received a response within an hour — and the options they provided were beyond satisfactory. This was by far the best customer service experience we’ve ever had with a sports retailer. Highly recommend!

Soccer.com has a nice selection of Newcastle United merchandise, but I am a little disappointed that Nick Woltemade's name and number isn't yet available for custom shirts.

Very easy to shop on this site. My son loves the Jersey quality, prices are little high on some Jerseys but they are totally worth it. Shipping was fast, I order a few days before my son birthday and it arrived on time.

Soccer.com has a great selection of cleats, clothing, and fan gear. If you're not a Goal Club member, it's inexpensive, and taking the discounts you get and pairing those with points and promo codes, you can end up saving a lot of money. You can also count on friendly and poignant customer service. I didn't need it this time, but the times I've needed it before, they've been awesome.

I have ordered several times from soccer.com. They have always been extremely slow processing orders and have twice cancelled my order after a long delay.

I ordered my daughter a pair of cleats the end of August. I was given a ship by date, once this date arrived there were no updates. I emailed customer service and was asked to wait four more days for a shipping confirmation email. I emailed customer service again asking for an update. I received an email asking me to rate the cleats. How can you rate something you never received? A day or two later I received an email stating that the cleats I ordered would not be shipping due to an inventory error in their system. A day later I received an email response back from customer service stating the same thing about the inventory error.
