Poor Service
I love the shirt, but Soccer.com service stinks. I received half of the order with a note stating that the second half would be sent separately. It never showed up. I prepared the shirts that did show up with numbers and logos, not realizing it would be a waste of time and money. I now have half an order that can't be used, out of all that money and time. I am very upset about this. I have to order expedited shirts from a different vendor at my cost. I am out so much money on this. When I tried to post this review on their site, they deemed it didn't match their requirements for posting.

Let’s start by acknowledging the vast majority of soccer.com reviews on this site are fake. Almost all 5-star reviews follow the same generic two-sentence structure. All other review platforms present a much different picture.
As for me, I can attest to the MANY negative reviews here and elsewhere. Soccer.com has joined the ranks of other grifters in this country, but is still trading on its legacy name. Be clear - this is NOT the soccer.com of the 2000’s. In the e-commerce age of today, how this company continues to exist is beyond me. It’s a profit-maximizing garbage organization operating behind the veil of a functioning website and 3-a-day spam emails. I placed an order last month (all in-stock items, no customizing) and after three weeks of seeing the same “preparing shipment” status, I decided to call. Sat on hold for 24 minutes before speaking with someone. Asked about my order status, gave her my order number, and was told it’s being packed right that moment! Amazing coincidence, right? What’s even more miraculous is, while I was speaking with her, I get a text message from my credit card saying SPORTS ENDEAVORS, LLC just completed a transaction.
GARBAGE. Their system is so dysfunctional, they’re basically prioritizing orders based on which customers are trying to chase them down. This is what retail incompetence looks like. No integrity. No customer service. No accountability.
Pathetic jerseys
The boots they sell seem to always have a smell to them over other vendors like soccer corner. That said, the jersey's you buy from them are complete trash! Logos and numbers don't stick and are even delivered with them peeling off before you wash them. I have spent thousands with them over the year's and finally am just done. Good luck trying to get them to fix it as they will not respond to email or phone. Use someone local to your area.

Endless shipping delay.
I ordered my son's shoes (in stock item) 10 days ago and they still have not shipped. I was told that they were closed for 10 days in July and have been trying to catch up. They clearly have not gained ANY ground. Customer service told me that they would have them out by Tuesday at the latest when I called Monday. It's Thursday and I am being told that they "are in the final stages" before shipping, but they cannot say when they will ship....She also cannot say whether or not I can cancel the order. She is going to "try to get back to me today."
Update: They have finally shipped. Fingers crossed.

The site was simple and easy to use. My eight year old son ordered his own gear!
Not response to email. Not answering the call.
Need buy tram jersey for kid. The team ordered them in two batched. In the 2nd order, the soccer.com forces me to buy sth I bought already in the first order.
Emailed them, paste screen shot of issue, got a response back, apparently didn't read my email, asking me my account information, email address, mailing address etc which most infor is already in screen shot, include player ID.
Anyway, I filled in all information again, and followed up twice , and never got response back again.
I also called them almost daily, long wait time. Some time it offered call back, which I chose to. Once I did get a call back, and I answered immediately, but it hang up right way. From then on, I don't get option for them to call back, nor anyone answer my phone even after long waiting time.
Only thing stick with me, is that Soccer.com ADs follow me in youtube everyday, brag how good they are.
Very disappointed. If not because I cannot order team jersey elsewhere, I will never want to buy from soccer.com
Not to mention jerseys are expensive there and long back ordered. And the web UI is horrible, cannot buy team item individually despite title, item image does not go back to original one ...etc
Inaccurate size chart
Our club uses soccer.com for their team kits, and it’s been a super frustrating experience. Their size charts are wrong (their jerseys run SMALL) and they refuse exchanges even though we went by the size charts they provided. Their customer service was completely unhelpful. They take forever to ship and are ridiculously expensive. I do not recommend them.

11 days after ordering in stock shoes and they have not shipped. After a week, I emailed company, no response. Called and they finally returned call the next day. I Attempted to cancel order and was told order had been processed and too late to cancel. The next day I got FedEx notice that mailing label had been printed and tracking number issued. Three days later, today, when I click FedEx tracking #, it says not yet received from soccerdotcom update; just received notice from FedEx that they have now received my order and it is being shipped. I guess this may be a reputable company, just very very slow. I will be returning the order as soon as it arrives. I’m anxious to see if they don’t charge me a fee

Ordered my son's uniform more than a month and a half in advance of his first game. I got an email saying it wouldn't be shipped for 3 months. Contacted the league and they said it wouldn't be fine. Another month goes by and it's pushed out an additional month. I call them and they told me it was shortage issue in the size. So I changed the size. I’m not sure why they didn’t notify me that it was just a size issue so I could have resolved it earlier. It still took another 3 weeks and he won't have his uniform for his first game. Got an email early Thursday morning saying it was shipping. With the 2 day expedited shipping it still won't be here until Monday.
