Bought a shirt. Arrived with faults. Requested to return via their contact form several times. No reply whatsoever. Now 3 weeks later still nothing.
Not happy!

I never read a single review i wish I had now im fearing iv been robbed of my money and fear my shirt won't be delivered at all what an absolute bull shit of day its been too although the one review where he mentioned this Joe on the chat gave me tiny hope

Problems started when I had been waiting over 2 weeks to have not received any dispatch update. Emailed and received a response the same evening to say it was being dispatched the next day. Another week passed after the dispatch and still no tracking updated, Royal Mail showed the parcel as not being received from the sender yet. Sent another email and was advised the item was coming from Portugal and some weak excuse about Brexit causing the delay. Another 3 days and the item finally arrived but it was completely wrong. The company has now stopped responding since notifying them that I want to return the item for refund.

Ordered a shirt on 16th December. Confirmation email received but no sign of shirt as of 11th January. I sent a message via the website and they confirmed (within 2 hours) it was 're-sent due to being lost by Royal Mail'. It arrived today and is decent to be fair. Given the Christmas period and the largely negative reviews I found after ordering, I'm chuffed overall.

I ordered a Christmas present in November, they missed my order so I had to chase it up. After they realised they had missed my order they guarenteed they would get it to me before Christmas. It eventually came on Christmas Eve but they sent the wrong thing and I’ve been chasing them since and they have not responded to a single email. Would definately not use again.

this mob are a scam keep well away what a waste of money !!! i have contacted the portugese police cyber crimes unit so if any of you want to get in touch with them it is at their cybercrime page online..DONT LET THESE CROOKS GET AWAY WITH IT....FIGHT BACK!

5 star service no issues , was appreciative after reading some reviews but glad I ordered

Avoid this company, fake shirts and only partial deliveries and dont want to give refunds.

They sent out the wrong football top,we ordered Everton (pink) away shirt 23 season, they sent out West Ham away shirt 25 season,I emailed them they said sorry and would send out the correct one,and I had to send the wrong one back,I did, took nearly a month,got a new shirt in the post, wrong one again,now received Everton away 25 season,now sent over 8 emails directly from me and on their contract page and nothing,no contact, ignoring me,no replies, joke of a company,wish I read the reviews first.Avoid them,go somewhere else.

Read the reviews after ordering and was expecting to be ripped off. The kit I ordered my grandson for his birthday was sold out. Spoke to Joe in the chat and he helped me chose the latest kit for the club my grandson likes and gave it to me for same price as the older version I first ordered.
Then Royal Mail failed to deliver my parcel spoke to Joe again and he sent out a replacement which I have received today.
The kit is really nice and my grandson is going to love it.
It took about 3 weeks for delivery.

People please dont bother ordering from these people its excuses all the time from them and they always hit you with it can sometimes take 28 days to arrive all I can say the delivery person must be walking from the Philippines so it looks like im not going to be receiving the order or the money I have paid out to them so please look elsewhere

Honest review Been ordering from these for the past 3 years and had one issue which was sorted right away delivery can take about 9 days but quality of the kits are brilliant and a fraction of the cost of the shops

Similar to others, I ordered a kit for my daughter who is asking daily about its arrival, supposedly dispatched but tracking number isn’t recognised - absolute scam

Is it legit they have some championship kits there as well

Ordered a football kit for my daughter last month. Got an order confirmation email. We are now two weeks after the shipping date given and despite my efforts to contact them they haven’t responded. They have taken my money but I have not received the kit. Very poor. I would avoid.

Stay well clear! I've waited weeks for my England Lioness training top and still no delivery. I keep using Soccerlords online chat facility on there website and I get excuse after excuse.

Unfortunately a scam. Still not received order after 15 days. No confirmation email or tracking emails received and no response to emails. The chat on the website also does not work. AVOID.

Great kits for the price no idea why they have bad reviews absolutely no difference and cheap

I would avoid this company like the plague. They are selling copy kits & not originals. They are very poor quality copies even for their prices. The waiting times to receive products is horrendous into the bargain around 1 month. No communication from the company despite sending various e-mails. Asked for a refund many times due to long waiting period & no response back from the company. Any positive reviews on this site I in my personal opinion think are fake. As I know at least 2 other people who ordered from this site who have had the exact same experience as myself.

I really wanted to buy a rare football jersey and this was possibly my mistake. I paid for it, but haven't received the item for 3 weeks. I wish I had read this webpage earlier..
Those who also order from this online store: Did you ever receive your item?
Could you manage to withdraw your money somehow?
