Terrible. They haven't replied after 2 days of requesting support, the product wasn't delivered, it says incorrect service id when i provided my discord invite.

As long as things run smoothly it’s a great service, but if there’s any kind of issue then you’re stuck. We’ve tried getting in touch in all possible ways: form, mail, chat, refund requests… no response, nothing at all. Where is “support”???

Social Infinity Has Returned to Being a Wonderful Website & I Encourage People to Use it…
I very much encourage everyone to use Social Infinity's services again: Social Infinity HAS taken my complaints seriously, and I HAVE resumed using their services and, in all fairness, they have now matched and even exceeded my expectations yet again with the speed with which they now respond to my emails and any queries or complaints I might have which is great. And they have been wonderful in this regard for quite a while now, but I have been out of town and not able to upgrade my review of them sooner but they most certainly deserve all the credit for returning to their terrific services that they initially started out with once again. So, I have no hesitation at all in recommending them again to people, and I DO very much encourage customers to try out their services, and I now give them a five star rating for their swift response both here to me on this site and also to my emails and any questions posted on their website. They are again doing a great job and being very helpful and quick and courteous as ever with feedback and getting back to customers to resolve any issues. Please DO use their services again. They are definitely worth it, and you won't regret it. They are certainly one of the most user friendly and reasonably priced websites online currently for people to use and enjoy
