Total scam.

Admins in the telegram support channel refuse to give any info about the progress of this imaginary fraud investigation apart from "soon" and "just be patient"

There has been zero communication.

Scammers they steal only our data and there's no Cashback

The WORST!!

I joined as I saw $200 bonus for spending $30 and also got another $30 for spending $30.
Plus 100% cashback from Aliexpress.

I bought multiple items
Transactions didn't track so I contacted support.
They took weeks to reply and they said they would contact the company
(basically they use affiliate links so they have to contact the affiliate company)

They did not add the transactions as pending while waiting for aliexpress to reply, so I lost $230 in bonus!
Even though I spent enough.
All because the tracking is bad and support is shocking! They wouldn't add them as pending while waiting for a reply.
So I am $230 out of pocket, PLUS the cashback from he items which failed to track so no 100% cashback.

There are tons saying the same all over the internet, especially Twitter.

Support is shocking. Seems like a scam.

Any other company would add them as pending so you don't lose the bonus. But not social good!

Scam app it’s impossible to withdraw the money and no response from support.

It’s a scam with fake signup bonuses. It’s impossible to withdraw funds and the asset balance fluctuates for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend any association with this site!

Scam. They offer a sign up bonus which is fake and can never be withdrawn even after you conplete requirements and have it approved it won't show up as withdrawlable. It's a scam

Misleading Promotion details. They just use you to purchase to their merchant and they reject once you have paid it.. Dont use it. Its a trash project.

Our purchases are legit items but they reject it. Its paid not cancelled nor refunded. Its not fraudulent and for personal use.

When our bonus is still pending, they indicated on the details that we have fulfilled the requirements. And later on rejecting our bonus

They approved those purchasing egift and refunding it to their wallet and purchasing again than those who purchase legit items.

Rejected purchases or purchases for 0 SG do not count as they didn't qualify. Unfortunately, as you did not make enough purchases, you were not eligible for the bonus.

For rejected purchases, for Lazada they are currently looking into this on their end. Please keep in mind that purchases are accepted and rejected by the partner stores and not SocialGood.

A very poor company, I will do not recommend any more to anybody. It seems systemically they have poor resources to do any real customer service, and actually to do what they promised to do to people who supported their marketing.
They did a super promotional campaign before Christmas 2021 to attract thousands of people, promising cashbacks of even 100% through some well known shops like Aliexpress, or Ebay 50%, if some rules were respected. Obviously, even respecting all the stated conditions, the refunds have been rejected after 3 months, with no explanation whatsoever. I had reject most more expensive shopping on Ebay. The telegram is full of people calling names whoever is complaining, and saying that they didn't follow the rules properly. The support Zendesk on the website is completely useless, and no reply has been provided even after some days. Just stay away from this, and avoid giving them your purchases information (which is valuable information, which sells for money) in the hope of maybe getting few bucks back, which is probably not gonna happen anyways. They are promised you easy cash back but, they are scammers, liar's. They are wipe off over 1k my sg from my cash back and do not give me explanation why !!!!.

This is terrible. They rejected AliExpress sale with no explanation. I was waiting on $600 plus dollars to come through and it all turned to nothing in an instance. Really slow. Really bad. And very scammy. Sad really. Could have been great!

Site is a scam. Avoid like the plague

Just like many others, my order from AliExpress was tracked but then got rejected after 2 months without a reason.

Customer support is useless saying they won't be able to know the reason, although I'm sure my order is eligible. They didn't even bother to investigate and ask what my order items are. Luckily I didn't make a big order with them. DO NOT use it while there are quite a lot of trustable cashback providers out there.

Seemed too good to be true, multiple excuses for months no one is able to withdraw their "cash back" my withdrawl has been pending for over a week In the amount of 350ish for purchases I made in Nomember 2021. They present information that cant be backed up with evidence FOR EXAMPLE the supposed 1million plus users is non-existent as evidenced by the 4 thousand token holders of the coin per etherscan.io and the contract address. 1.6 million - 4 thousand something = alot of lies about their token. Additionally the value has stopped fluctuating at 1sg = to 1usd which is also suspicious. Only 4k people in total even have the token. Poor execution and desperate for scamming people out of money the 200$ referral bonus was a their exit scam last ditch effort to gain as many victims as possible of course they're not going to give the world 200$ each cmon.

Don't waste your time. You will get rejected no matter what.

This app is going bankrupt please be aware they are no longer paying any crypto out and are now just trying to get anything they can put off shoppers
