PLEASE READ EVERYONE!
EDIT: The company attempted a response below. What a load of BS... I have over 100 pages of emails verifying everything I said as true. I have receipts on this, they don't? And no, Socialgrowers, I'm not your 'competitor' or whatever. Nice try. These guys are just trying to weasel their way out of bed reviews by saying 'nahhhh you can't prove it though!'. Anyone who wants to see the receipts can contact me through IG. It's somewhere below.... and I will provide EVERY bit of evidence. This company keeps flagging my review because they KNOW they messed up on my account HORRIBLY (as you'll read below), and admitted to it, they've BEGGED me on 3 different occasions to take it down, but I intend on TRULY keeping up with making sure they don't do this form of censorship, as I see other people getting scammed.
This is a 100% true account of what happened and I have the screenshots to prove it. Don't trust these fakes. BBB complaint and FTC complaint is incoming, which will definitely perk their ears. I was promised a phone call with the owner. 4 months later, I'm waiting :/
I just truly don't want ANYONE to be scammed by these people ever again.
Would you believe me if I said that this company went against my prior written request of not charging my card UNLAWFULLY, charging me the INCORRECT amount on several occasions and, here's the big one.... an ACCOUNT MANAGER was looking up ONLYFANS models on my account and his supervisor admitted that said employee SABOTAGED accounts on purpose and he STILL is employed with the company? Well buckle in... This one is worth the read.
I wish I could go into every single detail here, but this 12+ month nightmare deserves a novel, but I want to keep you here long enough so you don't make the same mistakes I made. Do. NOT. Trust. These. People. They are liars of the worst kind and will promise you ANYTHING and EVERYTHING just so they look good. Don't buy it.
The long and short: I entrusted this company with my account, and they ran it into the ground, decreasing my views, mass following people, getting me shadow-banned, got me fake followers, and what's worse, my likes and engagement rate is now the LOWEST it's ever been, even since I first opened my account! It's absolutely insane, and I fear I might have to restart my entire account.
The juiciest bit??? I CAUGHT my account manger KAKI, looking up Onlyfans models on my account! I confronted them about this, and it was never addressed, saying that was NOT my demographic AT ALL. Then, this Kaki guy lied about what he was doing, promised spread sheets and documentation weekly, and NEVER delivered. EVER. They ignored multiple emails, which I used a mail-tracking system that shows they were opened but never responded to.
I then confronted a manager via their online chat. Steven, the so called "manager" then joked around, trying to ease the tension, and even said that he "fired" the guy, alluding to Kaki blatant SABOTAGING my account (his words), and promised that he would make it up to me. He did not deliver. At all.
Steven lied. They never fired Kaki. I see that he is online and he had the gull to send me a message treating me as if I wasn't an existing customer, but someone new. Right.
Oh, and I'm also GLAZING over the constant account manager switch ups, the finger pointing, the mysterious UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES, the wrong rate charged monthly, the begging to remove any true negative feedback, the empty promises and grantees in writing, and of course, just their overall inability to hold any sort of accountability.
Readers. This company is full of liars and fakes. Be absolutely beware. I have pulled down this review 4 times now at their CONSTANT requests and there is NOTHING they can do to make me pull this one down. I will see you in small claims court Social Growers.
