When I received an email from Elliott of SocialHustlr I almost sent it straight to Spam. Like many small businesses we get so much of that - someone always saying how great your social media page is and how they can help you, or trying to sell you 'Likes' etc.
But this one was different. Unlike others I've received, this one actually included quite a lot of information about them so I asked for even more.

I'm so glad I did! They research the most relevant hashtags for your business/posts on Instagram. As I'm a small independent business I struggle trying to come up with different tags for my posts and end up with same old-same old.

There was a one-off payment offer on at the time so I bit the bullet and signed-up. Again, I'm so glad I did! I was contacted by Jordan who would be my account manager and he's been ace.

Yesterday I received my hashtags but there was SO much more that. Everything was categorised. The spreadsheet is set up that I can tick the ones I want to use for any given post, this puts them in a box at the bottom of the sheet for me to just copy n paste. Easy.

And there was even more!!! I received a 17-page detailed Action Plan to go with it. Now if you're like me and your better at doing what you do (for me this is art/crafts and teaching art), then all the other stuff, especially trying to keep on top of social media with engaging posts/tags and everything else, is laborious, boring and at times makes me lose the will :-(

This Action Plan was SO easy to understand, with examples using my own Post and Bio as to how it could be more effective in gaining exposure, followers and likes. I am really impressed with the detail I have received for the price I paid. I just need to implement these changes now, but for the first time in a long time, I'm excited about how my posts will be received.

If I remember, I'll update you - but just with what I've experienced and received from them so far, if you struggle to get your IG page in front of people, post 'liked' by more people than your family and besties, I highly recommend you get in touch with them. Wow. Just got my hashtags and action plan back. Besides the fact it was a fast turnaround, I am seriously blown away by the detail. The hashtag breakdown is amazing and way better than any I had randomly been guessing at before. And the action plan -- I thought it would be some generic PDF they send with every customer, but it was customized to my account!
