Came to this company hoping for a professional experience. It seems like you can never get what you paid for and get projects done in peace with this software. Not only did it not work on the first day, after I PAID, spent days posting content, they came back again after saying their TIKTOK publishing issue was fixed and mentioned to me that it's not working. That prompted me to ask for a call. Guess what, NO ONE SHOWED UP. Wasted my time, didn't respond to my emails, and they still haven't responded. Honestly, at this point, it's evident that these companies are just money hungry, evil, and inconsiderate. They don't care about customers at all! We can't even get what we paid for. Another company with poor service and glitches. The gaslighting by these companies never stops and they always have an excuse for their constant errors. SMH. Terrible. Would say go somewhere else but most of them are all the same.

Trust Pilot has made everything so much better with my social media management. I am able to pre schedule all of my companies posts and dont have to worry about it at all come time to post each day, it just posts for me.

This company shows signs of scam. They do not pay affiliate commissions as promised. I invested money and effort to bring customers, but received no payment at all. Please be careful before working with them

I rented a storage space @ Extra Storage on 4400 S. Western, OKC and worked with Laura Bench there. She was knowledgeable and professional @ all times. She is very kind and took special effort to help me get through my first experience with storage. Extra Storage should be very grateful for having her work there.

Shady, charing for for an extra month when I try to cancel and making it difficult, tired of these compaines.

I have been a user for several years and 2024 - this web app has made work for me very difficult. They keep on updating but their basic service suffers. Video preview buffers for so long. Customer service is also terrible

CS agents like Arnold Goodwin are of no help. No empathy for its PAYING USERS.

I have been complaining about the new changes. These have broken the way you can select instagram accounts

I manage over 400 IGs alone most in one Meta account. The answer is to blame meta when the change is on SP end.

Thinking of changing provider and about to start telling people that ask for recommendation to not use this app.

Social pilots inbox for Google My business has a serious software bug. The old reviews from months ago keep popping up as not handled.

They acknowledged, refunded 2 times and 9 months later its still there. Takes us loads of time to check every day.

Their only reply is sorry, we will check. Nothing happens. Do not recommend!

I’ve been using SocialPilot for a year now, and honestly, it’s been a frustrating experience. Despite my repeated requests for a basic feature – the ability to comment in bulk – they’ve failed to deliver. Numerous users, including myself, have been asking for this feature, yet SocialPilot has not made any updates or improvements.

I only stuck with them for so long because I had paid for a full year in advance, and when I tried to get a refund, they flat-out refused. The lack of progress and customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I have subscribed to Social Pilot for over a year, and since I renewed my subscription, I have not had the time to use it due to illness. I canceled my subscription and requested a prorated refund, but they refused. They gave a partial refund Only after saying I would post a review.

The best social media scheduling platform out there hands down. Totally recommended if you manage multiple social media profiles with multiple people. Also, the best customer support ever!

Been using SocialPiot for a while, its an easy-to-use tool with great features & prompt support and most importantly, I found the pricing to be much lower than other similar tools. Overall, I would recommend SocialPilot for social media management.

I've used and recommended Social Pilot for several years with great results. It's incredible useful for analyzing interaction on social platforms and helping me and my my clients schedule for success!
We started out using it for Facebook and Instagram. As Social Pilot continued to add and improve scheduling on multiple platforms (including scheduling with a first comment on some), we've grown to using it further and wider.
I can't recommend it highly enough!

Fb sign in not working. You have 14 days trial no credit card required. But you can't log in if you don't submit your credit card.

To me, I think SocialPilot is a very great tool compared to it's alternatives. From my experience with them

SocialPilot’s Bulk scheduling tools allow you to schedule up to 500 posts, or tweets with images by uploading them from a single file. There are just three simple steps to this process, you just need to upload the content, preview the posts and then select the account you want to schedule it to.

You can either use a CSV file or a notepad file to do this, and you can also make changes to the files after you have uploaded them using the bulk editor tool.

Poor software with unlimited issues. Dont fall for cheap price - it is not worth it. You'll spend more time speaking to customer service and more time reconnecting your accounts rather than saving.

Typical bait and switch API group for your social accounts. Not only did my spam level increase after providing my account details and running the free trial, but they enforce some small print (feels bait and switch). Advertise $25 a month, but the actual cost is more unless you pay all months upfront.

Most of the social API companies do this. But this snakeoil approach is just shady. its unfortunate they already have all my social hooks and data now.
