Pointsocial took money from my account without me ever signing up to their services. They took £32.50 twice and £0.12 twice. I received one £32.50 back and only £16 back for the other as I had passed the ‘cooling period’ - everyone make sure you get your money back from these disgusting thief’s. You only have to look at the reviews online to see they are worthless scammers who all need locking up. Can they not earn their money fairly like the rest of us - absolute joke !
I never knew of them until TODAY
I never knew of them until TODAY, That for past few months since July 2019, they have been taking money £39.99 a month from my bank account that I had no knowledge off until I saw today that I had almost £40 pounds paid to some company I had nothing to do with #SOCIALSCALES.CO.UK @socialscales And have not had a clue of their business regarding me with them and my account that for past few months I saw on my online account that this firm has been attacking my account on the day I get paid and this has made me so mad at them that I am at lost, as too HOW DO I GET MY 4 MONTHS MONEY BACK FROM THESE CROOKS AT THE RATE OF £39.99 X 4 = £159.96 Which I have lost so far from them getting to my bank account details that I never knew and I know, what has been happening that I don't know where to start for asking all that they took without my knowledge as I never used their services nor I applied for anything from them or anyone else....

Trading under several names and very hard to track down .... I knew I'd found them when the guy on the end of the phone became abusive and hung up !! There's no shame in people taking out payday loans but when they're just a front for a monthly scam , that's out of order ..... Incorrect phone numbers and email addresses that don't exist .... It's clever and calculated and the best people to phone are your bank .....
Related to SOCIALGRADE.CO.UK
Related to SOCIALGRADE.CO.UK, they took two payments of £34.77 from me 6 weeks apart. After the first payment left my account I sent numerous emails telling them I had never subscribed to any of their services and demanded a refund. For whatever reason this issue slipped my mind and was then surprised to find the second payment gone. Rang them and was waiting for an answer for about 5 minutes, eventually they answered and I told them in no uncertain terms I want my money back otherwise they would get reported. From the number I had rang from they had pulled up my details and issued both refunds and closed my account within 20 seconds (which I had never signed up to in the first place). The girl on the phone spoke as though her job is to refund people (no surprise or argument in her tone, she just did it). The company must run on a policy of taking money and hoping some of it never gets requested back, scumbags.
Avoid this lot at all costs
What an outfit! A £1 "check" plus £27.99 taken from my account without my knowledge. When I contacted my bank, their reaction was one of "Oh, no, not another one". It would appear that social-report.co.uk are quite well known for all the wrong reasons. My bank immediately recommended that they cancel my debit card and will issue another asap. They were also prepared to get involved if I did not have any joy with Social Report. It took an age before SR answered the phone and they were less than apologetic. In fact, the advisor showed no surprise whatsoever when I told him how angry I was and wanted an immediate refund; a refund that will take 1 to 7 days! No rush there, then. At least the refund was made the next day. Surprising what making a bit of noise does. The crowning glory was when the advisor said it had been a pleasure talking to me and asked if there was anything else the company could do. I (politely) reminded him that I thought they had done quite enough. If it were possible to give a rating of minus 1, I would have done. Don't touch them with a disinfected barge pole.
Take money even if you havent signed up
did not sign up to them after realising cost involved. they have tried twice to take payments from my account but I have contacted my bank each time who have refunded the payments.
they are known as various company names such as Socialgrade / Loanfirst etc..

Can anyone help me
Can anyone help me, I've had a company make numerous attempts of taking £29.50 from my account, I asked my bank who it was and they gave me this name SOCIALACCOUNTPLUS.CO.U***********GB. The stars are a 11 digit number. I can't seem to link it to a website. If anyone can help me find who this is would be greatful as they are very persistent.

I contacted my bank immediately, after being unable to contact social score myself, and reported it as a fraudulent transaction. I have also reported them to the FCA for financial fraud. I suggest people do the same, or they'll keep doing it

Click the box to advise I did not want to subscribe to their credit report service as I have the free ClearScore app, lo and behold within minutes two debuts from my account of 0.12p and £35.88 have been taken. I will be reporting to the FCA regardless of any refund being given. Lowlifes!!!!

fraudulently taking money from accounts and still somehow able to do so.
They initially took £0.12 and then a further £32.50 without my consent, to which my bank sent a text to my phone asking if I could reply Y or N to whether these transactions were mine or not.
Tried calling the company but apparently it is out of office hours. So I will call back tomorrow morning and demand my money straight back.
Irregardless, they should not be allowed to operate as a company. Is there actually anybody who has ever willingly paid them money or even knew who they were? Because I don't have a clue who they are. Time for watchdog to get involved.
