Wouldn't evengive 1 star

Wouldn't evengive 1 star. Took 29.98 from my account unknowingly, I didnt create an account with them, I have never heard of them, I have no email trace of this company who claim I have an account and signed up with them, nor have they sent the proof of the emails they have supposedly sent as requested...
I am unsure even after looking this company up, who or what they are and what there services actually are... From what I can gather I have apparently paid them to view my socual media activity, however I dont have any social media except Facebook, alongside having no interest or the funds to pay for something so ridiculous!! I've disputed further as I believe they are fraudsters who have got my details, from where I am unsure.
When spoken via telephone they concentrated immediately that they dont do refunds first and foremost. The fella I spoke to (who is the voice of their company telephone message, wow!!) had no telephone manner, was exceptionally rude, lacked any customer service skills, spoke over me multiple times, which ended in me putting the phone down.
After emailing there response was repeated they do not refunds... But to call the number provided, when I done this there is a voicemail stating they "are not taking inbound calls and to email" they then requested my contact details so one of the team can call me to discuss further. Rude, fraudsters.
Case still ongoing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have never even heard of this…

I have never even heard of this SocialStep but they’ve just taken £30 from out of my bank account by making a charge to my debit card. I have rang my online banking who have kindly blocked my account and debit card and advised me that I have to call ‘Fraud Notifications’ after 8am to get my money returned. When I asked the advisor if they had ever heard of these thieves my bank advisor told me that he had and that their scamming became active again nearly 3 weeks ago and that there’s currently countless victims calling the bank on a daily basis. He said that they become active and take money for several weeks and as soon as they reach their monetary goal they then vanish for awhile then they change their online digital footprints and re-register in a random foreign country where the UK has no jurisdiction.
If you’ve been through this situation please comment and tell me what the process is going to be with my bank fraud team in the morning. Thankyou in advance.
