Delivery took forever
These took ages to arrive- I didn't realise they were coming from Portugal. Overpriced for what they are...they're just novelty socks

The designs are very pretty and true to the art and the quality of the socks is outstanding! It's reasonably priced for that and delivery is also fine (I'd hope for a track and trace number in the future just to know where the package is but can live without it)

Extremely long delivery
Made a purchase on February 17th, padu 8.5eur extra for tracking.
- cannot see anything on tracking site
- still didn’t receive an order (March 1st)
- after asking what is going on with the offer, today received an answer that they apologize but doesn’t know when the shipment will be delivered.

Your order: SA5650 was shipped on February 15 2023 and orders on standard shipping to Croatia can take up to 15 business days to arrive, as stated in our FAQs. I loved the Prince themed socks and ordered with no issues. Unfortunately the wrong size arrived but a correct pair was sent out quickly and with no fuss. Excellent customer service

amazing customer service
I had an issue with US mail delivery, but Vanessa at Sock Affairs made sure that the issue was fixed. I was amazed at the courteous way she handled everything and I received my replacement order within a couple days. The socks were unique, good quality and fun— my husband loved them!
