Don't subscribe... It's impossible to cancel...

I got a sock geek subscription in 2020 and for the first couple years, it was amazing. Amazingly designed, comfortable socks were delivered to my front door every month.

In 2022, I moved house and wanted to cancel my subscription and try a new sock package (I love socks), but couldn't find a way to cancel online. Customer help was non existent. Now it's 2025 and another payment has snuck its way out of my account, I still can't contact anyone and I haven't received a pair of socks from them in 2/3 years.

Great socks, disappointing service

Great socks in fun patterns and colours BUT unreliable delivery. I ordered a six month subscription for my husband in June and he has only received 4 pairs. The second pair was slow to arrive and I had to prompt them. I have now written twice to ask about the missing pairs but have not had a satisfactory response. I had been planning to order another subscription for my son in law but will not be doing so now. A shame.

Didn't get all the socks that was paid for

**to add to this original review I should state that since seeing this review they have now sent out the missing socks plus an additional pair as an apology, I've bumped up to 4 stars now. Would've given 5 if it hadn't been for lack of correspondence prior to this review going up**

Someone got me a 6 month subscription as a gift. Lovely socks, great designs. Only received 5 of the 6 sets, corresponded with them to enquire where the last ones were and had a reply asking for my name and address. A week later after no response I emailed again to be asked again what my name and address is and again. After giving my details again they confirmed that only 5 had been sent and the last set were on the way which subsequently never arrived.
Nice socks but if you're gifting them to some be aware they may well not receive all the socks you pay for.

I have ordered from this company before…

I have ordered from this company before (a few years ago) and they were great so thought I'd order again. Almost a week from when the dispatch email said it had been sent, nothing had arrived. I contacted them to see if they had any news on the delivery but no response. The only message I got was a marketing one telling me about their discounts. Full price for something not received - thanks! They finally turned up today but too late to give to my brother in person on his birthday which was then plan. Shame, I thought they were really good before.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Ordered cashmere gift set nearly 2 weeks ago. Sent email to chase order, received automated response to say order cancelled and refund will take up to 10 days. Sent email to chase up why and nothing received. Very disappointing and will never use or recommend again.

A hit of endorphins each month

I had a 2.5 year subscription with Sock Geeks. Every package contained a cheeky surprise matching my personality. The business is well run, communicative and professional. I will return as soon as the washing machine starts to eating my socks again. Great service and highly recommend!

Overpriced hipster rubbish

Overpriced hipster rubbish - we received a year's subscription to this company as a very unwanted gift. No sustainable fabrics or reducing of environmental impact, God awful hipster designs - not everyone wants to look like a hipster tosspot. And now we're stuck getting these every month - it was suggested we give them to a friend but our friends don't dress like overgrown toddlers either so they will unfortunately be forced onto the charity shop. The only good thing I can say is the staff are polite.
