AVOID THIS COMPANY totally
I have purchased 50 e-scooters from this company in Sep 2022 via Alibaba. I had a video conference with them, they assured me of a VIP service. I explained my business model fully, they sounded very keen and happy to support me all the way.
I received my scooters, and the following problems started to show and this company did not honour our 12 months warranty:
1. Battery failure
2. Controller failure
3. Damaged replacement parts
4. LCD malfunction
5. Colour boxed very low resolution
6. Chargers did not work
7. Chargers were EU and not UK
8. Quality of scooters send was very poor and unreliable
Faults found in 8 out of 10 e-scooters
Alibaba did not protect me at all, they closed my claim because it was outwith 3 months period.
I approached this manufacturer, they kept on ignoring me and then eventually they said thay:
1. I had to test 50 scooters and then create a list of replacement parts so they can send them in one package which was impossible to do
2. Then they said warranty was only for 1 week
3. They also made me pay for a few replacement parts when they were supposed to be free of charge
If you deal with so called SEVEN, CHRIS or HELEN then you shall know that you are going to be deceived/scammed lied to like a VIP.
