AVOID BUYING FROM HERE
I purchased a dress from this company. Returned the item and sent numerous photographic evidence that the item had been returned via DHL. They are now telling me the item has not been received despite evidence that the item was posted and delivered. Unfortunately, yes items do get lost in the post BUT that isn't my problem especially when I have provided more than enough evidence that the item was returned and delivered. Customer service adviser gets back to you every 2 days or so, so don't expect a quick response. NO HELP AT ALL, but I will not be paying for an item I do not have. Do not waste your time buying from here AVOID AVOID AVOID.
