This Company does Not Even Reserve 1…
This Company does Not Even Reserve 1 Star. I ordered a variety of bags and shoes which arrived after a few weeks (which would have been ok), but the quality was so poor (and so was their smell of plastic), that i send all of them back (at horrendous costs to China), their arrival was confirmed After weeks and after that now more than 3 (!!!) months and various emails have passed and I still don‘t have my Money. Threatened with my lawyer now.
Please spare yourself this experience.

Honestly didnt expect it to arrive this fast, usually parcels from abroad take forever. Bag is sturdy, zips feel solid and the straps dont dig in even when ive got loads inside. Been using it daily for three weeks now 😊

Terrible - do not buy
Took ages to arrive and coat was actually from China and not from Singapore. quality is not as described, you are better off buying from AliExpress. Extremely difficult to get a return and refund, I’m still waiting for my money but absolutely do not buy from this store.

After 1 month they acknowledged the returned that a refund would take place in 5-10 business days.
2 months later this still has not happened, they now say they have no record of the order so I have started a dispute with my credit card provider.
Bad experience at every level.

JUST DON’T
Zero if I could. Handbag was shoddy and took ages to get instructions about where to post back (2 different addresses originally given) paid return tracked postage and now item been stuck in customs (apparently) since mid February. DON’T bother buying from here. It’s the only time I’ve allowed myself to be influenced by influencers and obviously they must be handsomely paid to recommend this company. Soera has to accept return for it to leave customs- so maybe the ruse is that they refuse.
