DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a Chatsworth 2 seater leather recliner in Nov 2022 via the Daily Mail. Had to have an upholsterer to repair stitching coming apart on the arm in Dec 2023. Now the seat which I use has the leather peeling on the arm and the seat and apparently the warranty was only one year manufacturers so not worth bothering with. A lot of money for a coated leather sofa. Stick to a proper reliable sofa company and not a company selling shoddily made furniture. Also KH Direct t/a The Sofa Collection has gone into liquidation…..wonder why?

We bought two leather recliner chairs via the Daily Mail. After 14months they were falling to pieces. The company didn’t want to know. I used the Upholstery Specialist to undertake a report and threatened legal action and got a full refund. The quality is absolute rubbish and would recommend you avoid this company. When we bought our two two seater settees through the Daily Mail we assumed they would be of reasonably good quality for the price, what a mistake, after a couple of weeks the one I use felt as if it had collapsed under my weight ( 11 stone ) my partner has suffered a bad back since day one. After reading I cannot be bothered to complain.

Avoid this company at all costs.Quality of furniture total c!!p.Contacted sofa collection sent photographs but they didn’t want to know. Totally useless customer care.

We ordered an office chair over the telephone.
At no time were we told that there would be a £25 dedction should we return the item, off what we had paid.
We ordered, cost £249.99.
It was not suitable (or worth the money) so we arranged for it to be returned.
Only then were we told of the £25 charge. We were refunded £224.99. They stated it says so on the website, yet we had ordered over the phone not via the internet. This they acknowledged when we phoned up to book a return.
Aftersales service is dreadful.
Bad business and will not use again.

Do not purchase from this company.
They do not send out and pre-contract information.
I ordered a recliner chair.
The chair arrived yesterday. The delivery driver unpacked chair outside of property and disposed of packaging.
The chair was not fit for purpose. My 87 year old mum nearly fell out of chair as chair came away from base...so dangerous!...luckily we caught her otherwise she would have been injured.
The sofa collections manager Lee was extremely rude.
We stated what had happened with chair ...we were told we would have to wait for a repair company to assess!
If they deem the chair not faulty, we would then have source packaging to return!!....yet their driver had already disposed of box !
Having now spoken with trading standards and raised a dispute.

I bought a riser recliner from these people through the daily mail. really dissapointed . the delivery men werewonderful put it together for me but my feet hang of the end and i am only 5' 5. as soon as you put feet up the back reclines giving you no option to watch tv or read sitting upright with legs supported . i did try to look at reviews when i bought it but for some reason they don't let you see reviews. now I know why. I am stuck with this chair as I cannot afford to send it back. .

I probably did the worst thing in my 50 yrs of buying 3 pc suites, reason is buying from a website the Sofa Collection which had based one of its sites on the The Daily Mail shopping site SO! must be safe, what a serious mistake the quality is shocking I tried to ware the suite in but it just not only looked shocking its leather was giving up its body, NOW this is after 4 weeks, I tried to return the suite but it had to back with first 2 weeks which doesn't give the suite chance to settle, SO as you can see these suites according to me are very poor quality .

bought a 3 seat theater recliner. turned up boxed beautiful quality. The delivery firm they supplied were top notch. great communication throughout. I highly recommend
