Really pleased with my leather riser/recliner chair. I checked the dimensions before buying to ensure it was the one to suit my lounge ( I had shortlisted 4 ) i was a bit nervous about buying without trying but it is perfect for my needs.
Delivery was just within the 2 week window but the delivery company were easily contactable and very helpful.i bought the chair during the Black Friday sale so I expect they were busy fulfilling pre Xmas orders.

when unpacked found arm out of shape from packing and has not righted itself.
and the legs/base are darker than shown.

A really good experience, I placed an order for a tub chair, paid and had an email by return confirming the order, next a call with extra info about the delivery and company who would deliver and it would be the next day. Brilliant service and the chair is perfect..

I ordered a3seat sofa and a riser recliner massage chair . 2 days before they arrived I was very ill in hospital. When I was discharged and came home this furniture was stunning . It’s all so comfortable and soft . Thanks for making this so good and the 2 men that delivered were really good especially as my husband is fully deaf. Would recommend this company very highly. Delivery was arranged within a few hours of placing the order. The chairs arrived within a couple of days, at the agreed time and as described.
The free swatch sample was a very useful service and meant that we were confident that the seats would match our decor before ordering.
The seat themselves are well made, comfortable and excellent value

A first class service from ordering on the telephone and updates on delivery and the delivery guys were first class as well and i highly recommend the company and not having to wait for months for delivery only days depending on your delivery option...... Thank you ian bailey

We love the items we bought the only issue being the colour on the website is nothing like real life we were expecting cream and there more yellow £250 of cushions sorted it out
