Do not touch with a barge poll

Unreliable, broken promises, poor service, poor customer service, do not take charge of their own service and blame their delivery company when they don't deliver when they said they would. Waited in all day as they told me my item would be delivered between 8 and 5. At 5.15 I rang them to inquire where it was. Told me that nothing is being delivered today as the company they use rang them to say that weren't doing any. I asked why they hadn't rang me to inform me and they said it was in my terms and conditions that delivery times couldn't be guaranteed. Long story short, no offer of recompense, no return of money without a £50 fee being charged and overall poor taste in my mouth. Awful company - avoid at all costs
