Avoid this company

I ordered a sofa & chair in August from sofadirect paying in full. On their confirmation they agreed to let me know when the order had shipped. After waiting 7 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them, a week later I phoned them & emailed again. During the phone call they stated that they had tried to get in touch with me but had been unable to do so (despite having sent an order confirmation) at this point I decided that I didn't accept that explanation & got in touch with PayPal who I had paid through. Today 10 weeks later I received my money back after PayPal took action on my behalf! So basically I would say avoid this firm at all costs.
