We ordered & took delivery of a new corner sofa bed 2 weeks ago into our new build home in Staffordshire. Robert couldn’t have been more accommodating in delivering it quickly to us and installing the whole thing in the bedroom.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough especially the help & assistance provided by the boss Robert. Absolutely top class from start to finish.

We purchased a corner sofa which we customised the colour, got a delivery confirmation call with time and date, then had it cancelled the day before due to the driver catching covid which is fair enough, had a new date confirmed the driver arrived with the wrong colour sofa (mine was all black he arrived with a yellow sofa) after talking to the manager who apologised for the mistake they wanted me to wait 5 days for re-delivery which I refused as I had already removed my old sofa the manager said he would refund the delivery charge for my inconvenience and re-deliver the next day tho it might be a late in the day after other deliveries around 7-8pm the driver delivered my sofa the next day at 9pm! And I never received the refund despite emails.

The manager contacted me after seeing this review to apologise and explain he didn’t see my emails he sent the refund for the delivery.

The Corner sofa bed from Sofafox is amazing. It looks beautiful and durable. I called Robert before ordering and he was very helpful and answered all our questions. This company makes very good and competitive price sofas. We have recently bought a sofa and it is very good. Robert is very helpful and honest. Robert offered to view the sofa first before you purchased and when it was delivered, we liked it straightaway and paid for it. Thank You Sofafox.
We have read all the reviews here and all reviews were 5 stars, except from one which I think is fake review as that person has put negative reviews to everyone.

Sofafox is an amazing company through and through. I dealt with Robert throughout the whole shopping experience. I arranged to view the sofa before purchasing. I met with Robert who couldn’t have be more helpful 😊 After viewing the sofa I made a purchase. The sofa is beautiful, it is very comfortable and the sofa bed is excellent and again very comfortable. Certainly excellent value for money.
I placed my ordered and Robert went above and beyond to have it delivered for me within two days 😊 On the day of delivery I was given various updates by text message and phone calls to let me know what time it was arriving. Robert carried the sofa bed into my property set it all up and showed me how to set up the sofa bed.
Do not hesitate to purchase from this company.

I can’t Thankyou Robert enough🤗buying a new build my sale fell through 2 times I picked a sofa Bed but wanted a different colour that wasn’t on his website I needed more of the same fabric to cover a puffet I already had no problem he ordered me extra fabric and he knew I was so stressed with this move he said the extra fabric is a gift from me I hope your happy in your new home 🏠 what a lovely man he is 😁
he stored my sofa at NO extra cost for 2 months it was delivered today the guy put it together took the wrapping away
And OMG what a beautiful sofa bed I now have in my new build/so much so we are going to sleep on our new sofa bed in our living room tonight 🤗

Beautiful sofa bed exceeded our expectations.
Communication was excellent with the seller, also very polite when delivery was made. Put our new sofa together which I wasn't expecting and helped take the old sofa out. Simple things making a big difference.
And back to my original point, sofa is exceptional.

Absolutely beautiful sofa! Ever so comfortable and came within 4 weeks, was able to choose my own colours too! The delivery driver came and put the sofa together within minutes. Great communication from Robert the owner, so polite and always answers any queries straight away

driver was very helpful and helped move the sofa upstairs, helped assemble it and took the packaging away.
his customer service was top class.
the sofa is excellent quality.

Great service from start to finish! Would highly recommend dealing with this company. Can take a little while for a response but be patient and they will get back to you. Delivery is flawless, can't commend the gentleman that delivered the sofa enough. Took it upstairs on his own and assembled within minutes. Very efficient and no fuss. Sofa of good construction and the fabric is super soft. All mechanisms work perfectly and sofabed function is seamless.

I've had my sofa fox- sofa bed for a year now and it still looks and performs the same. The cushion back where I sit every day is a little squished and needs fluffing every now and again but ever sofa does that. The storage underneath is perfect, enough to for 2 blankets and other random stuff.
The bed part pulls out easy and is fully functioning too.
Great customer service when it comes to the delivery too.

EDIT: Had the sofa for 2 and a half years now, still perfect. Back cushions need fluffing regularly as would any cushion. All in all great for your first sofa or if you're on a budget.

We purchased a sofa bed and we are really satisfied with the product. It is really good quality furniture. Customer service was also outstanding. I can only recommend this company.

This lot don't bother responding to enquiries. No doubt because their sofas only look good, but they are cheaply built and their longevity is extremely limited. Buy your sofa elsewhere.
