We were looking to get some new sofahs that are bright and durable. We loved the style but were unsure how comfortable they are (as I have lower back pain). We decided to drive to the show room and try the sofahhhhs out. We had a warm reception. The staff were so helpful. AND YESSSSS we were delighted by how comfortable the sofahhhs were and the quality of the material (sooo soft!). We have put our order in and have had great correspondance - the customer service is spot on!!

Great communication about the purchase and the delivery. We were a little disappointed that it wasn't available for Christmas, but you told us that when we ordered - it will last extra time having avoided all those guests. The quality is amazing; so much better than your photos. It looks extremely expensive and is keeping its clean lines despite getting plenty of use. Very easy to keep clean.

My sofas are good, but the delivery service was terrible. No unpacking, despite stating on the website that unpacking is a service. Footstool was dirty. Immediately a cleaning service was offered so this is probably a common issue. The next available date was over two weeks away though. No goodwill compensation offered at all. Also, all has to be done via email as no phone number available.

Absolutely loving my new sofa and chair. Right from the start Sam has been fantastic, from showing me round the showroom and explaining my choices, to advising what would best meet my requirements. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time and my new furniture is so comfortable.

We needed the sofa for our holiday home and when we were going to be there, which was within the 3 weeks so ordered speedy service. You didn’t fail us. We requested this and a small van, due to parking restrictions and it all went to plan. The delivery drivers were fab as it was a second floor, tight corners entry. Thank you Sofahhh for making this a really successful transaction from start to finish. Considering we didn’t see it l, have a swatch etc, it’s just how we’d envisaged it.

Very pleased with the new 2-seater sofa and 2-seater sofabed. They arrived well covered and protected and the delivery men unpacked them and put them together for me without any trouble. The quality of the furniture is excellent and anticipate that they will last me for a long time to come.

Very pleased with our experience with Sofah.co.uk. Extremely fast delivery and the sofa is wonderfully comfortable and looks beautiful in our house. Only negative would be that the delivery company didn’t unpack the sofa or put the legs on which I thought was a little poor given the huge delivery charge!

Wonderful helpful salesperson at showroom; it’s important to us to buy British, and we’re so grateful to Sofah for a fabulous product that they stand behind. We’ll go back to them again and again!

Fabric samples asked for and quickly received so I am impressed. Just wish you had somewhere near me where I could test out your sofas.

I ordered a swatch of material, it came in the post really quickly. Material is lovely, will be ordering a sofa soon.

Nice sofa but wrong colour. Cost me £140 to deliver and then return. Had to wait three weeks from collection to refund too. Customer service only contactable through email. When I asked to speak to someone they told me they had a no phone policy. Make sure to want this sofa before ordering

First time I've ordered a sofa on line but process and quality of sofa has ment I have now ordered again!
Was updated on delivery and then was able to book a slot to suit. Easy way to buy but my only word of caution is, as you aren't seeing the product measure height and width of seat etc very carefully to ensure it meets your requirements as seat height does vary .
