AVOID Terrible customer service
The sofa was delivered to us damaged, we contacted Sofalistic the day the sofa was delivered. The damage wasn't shown in the photos and Sofalistic confirmed that the delivery company damaged the sofa. Nearly 3 months later and still no partial refund or repair attempt. Responses to emails are ridiculously slow. The worst company I've dealt with in a long time. Avoid!

I have a question on the delivery, if I am buying two items from two different sellers .. do I pay delivery of £129 or do I have to pay another £129.
Failure to Boost and direct Customer Service lacking
I have now paid twice for a listing boost. The initial two‑day boost worked exactly as advertised — the item was prominently displayed and interested views were high. On that basis, I extended the boost for a further five days. Since then, views have collapsed and the listing is no longer visible in the Featured section even after scrolling through multiple pages. This bears no resemblance to the service described, paid for or previously experienced.
Customer support is disappointing. Although response to email is quick and attempts to be helpful, I have no been given a meaningful response. They describe features that I simply cannot see using a Windows 11 system with no site settings that preventing designed web display functions working correctly. There is no App. with enhanced display functions that I am aware of and, in any event, viewing via a laptop should not preclude full display functionality. There is no telephone contact provided and the ‘live chat’ appears to be a low‑quality automated bot offering no meaningful assistance for bespoke queries.

I have indeed exchanged emails with support, but it would be inaccurate to describe their advice as unambiguous. Also, no screenshots were ever provided by them and you may be confusing this with the images of my own screen that I sent in my last email.
I would also note that when someone refers to “rotating” or “rotational” screen sections, it implies a programmed UI, marquee or ticker JavaScript implementation within the interface — not simply pressing F5.
It is also reasonable to question whether the boost feature as now explained is now so heavily subscribed that, in practice, it offers no meaningful advantage and functions no differently from items being displayed in a random order. Seeing an item featured for only a few minutes on "rotation" with hundreds of other boosted items is not likely, statistically, to generate significantly increased views to be cost-effective promotion.
In any case, none of this explains why my item was consistently "Featured" during the initial two‑day boost yet has not been prominent since the 5 day extension was paid for. Maybe a discrepancy in the algorithm.

Seamless from start to finish, such an easy process. We sold sofa after a week and collection was done a few days later with payment 48 hours.

Service was great from the beginning, l just wanted to know that my sofa was definitely accepted and ok in between waiting for the payment.Spoke to someone today who listened, took on what I said and hopefully that will be something that can happen going forwards for people.

I had 4 messages of interest but wouldn’t allow me to reply. For some reason so I missed the sales. Very disappointing and complete waste of money

I liked two sofas and messaged 3 times to see if they were still available,I had no reply to my enquiries so I gave up! It says customer service but there doesn't seem to be anyone fulfilling this role!

Smooth Selling Process
The company found a buyer for my sofa fairly quickly. It is a good selling point to be able to offer delivery. The staff from the collection service were polite, helpful and very careful when moving and wrapping the furniture, although they arrived 2 hours before the time slot I was given.
The dismantling service charge is a bit steep and this optional extra was not mentioned until the last minute. I did not use this as, together with the commission from the company, it would have deducted £75 from the sale proceeds.
Good, but choose carefully..
Found this company and was really happy. Ticked all the boxes, good reviews, easy buying process.
Until the sofa arrived.. I ordered a GREY sofa, which in the pictures looked a dark grey. When it arrived it was BLACK. I showed it to two independent local sofa dealers who both said it's black and I disputed the purchase within the 48 hours required.
The response I got was that my dispute was rejected because "slight colour variations are accepted". Despite the fact it was listed as completely the wrong colour.
I'm now stuck with a sofa I don't want, I'm trying to resolve it with them, but they aren't accepting that the sofa was listed as totally the wrong colour, which to me, doesn't seem fair. They offered I could resell without fees, but I don't want the hassle. I just want to return the sofa that was listed as the wrong colour so I can use my money to buy one that is listed correctly. I genuinely want to get this sorted with them, but responses are quite slow and trying to call just gets me to a dead end, because there's no answer.

I have to admit I was a bit sceptical about this company. I had not heard of them before. After looking around at the large sofa superstores and seeing their prices and lead times I decided to give this company a chance.
I found a pair of sofas that I liked the look of and bought them. My money was put into a 'pending status' with an email assurance that no monies would be taken until the seller accepted the purchase. They had 48 hours in which to do this. All the emails from Sofalistic were detailed and explained the process. After 48 hours had passed I received another email from Sofalistic. Unfortunately the seller had already got rid of their sofas and so the sale was cancelled.
Next time around i found a couple of sofas and emailed the seller to ask if they were still available. They were. I promptly responded with my click on the purchase button.
After the seller confirmed the sale and the delivery date all I had to do was wait.
The sofa came the next week. The delivery team sent me a tracking link and phoned me about an hour before delivery. The delivery men Joseph and Jean were so polite. They bought the sofas through to the lounge and put the electric recliner together. They plugged it in and tested it to make sure it worked. They took photos, shook out hands and left.
I honestly keep looking at this furniture with a big smile on my face. It's fabulous. I paid about a quarter of the price I would have done for new sofas, and there is nothing wrong at all with these second hand ones from Sofalistic.
I would happily recommend this company and I cannot explain here just how impressed I am.
