Avoid!!! I ordered my sofa in March 22 they phoned at end of June saying it was ready for delivery, I went & paid the full balance & organised a date for delivery, when the date came it never arrived I was constantly phoning to be lied to all the time. Eventually on the 18/08/22 at 8.30 at night it was delivered! It is not the sofa I ordered it is of much cheaper quality the cushions are hard not like the ones in the showroom, the material is totally different & not the colour I ordered! I have complained but to no avail! They have been very rude & when I put this review on the first time they phoned & blackmailed me to take it down & they would sort my complaint out so I took it down & they have done nothing! Shop elsewhere!!!!!

Outstanding leather Italian collection suites, ordered a full leather collection sofa set for our living room and we was definitely satisfied. We previously bought from sofalux many years ago and the quality is still the exact same which is good. Definitely the best sofa store in sheffield!

Thanking sofalux for a great service and a wonderful experience from purchasing upon till the arrival of sofas. Received a discount on the order as well and it all went well. We ordered the Atlantis corner suite which was originally £2499.99 got it for £2249.99 we also received cleaning Stalingrad kits as well. The drivers did a good job unloading and unwrapping and also took our old sofa which was great to. Will definitely recommend

My settee was delivered last wk and I love the colour and the leather is beautiful. They was really polite and have been very accommodating. I mentioned I liked a rug in the show room and would I be able to purchase it . But they gave it me for free which was I nice touch .

I’m very happy with sofalux service on my new order that’s arrived. They delivered on time the gentleman was very kind and also fitted the sofa for us and took away the packaging which is normally an extra charge all for free. Can’t complain at all!!

I’ve been waiting a while for my stunning chesterfield sofa to arrive due to the factory’s shipping delays it took some time and that’s no fault of sofalux they have been nothing but helpful keeping me updated with the situation! Shop elsewhere!. Placed an order with deposit in January 22 at crystal peaks store for 16 to 18 week delivery. They cancelled our order in May after 16 weeks stating material not available. How does it take 16 weeks to establish that when we chased every 3 weeks since Jan. There were no alternatives in the same size and style, despite visiting to look, so we asked for refund. They stated it's company policy to keep your money for 28 days and it's not our fault you don't like something else we have. Had to call every few days for a refund to finally get a cheque a month later. Who still uses cheques?. After shopping around an alternative company sourced the same sofa from the same manufacturer without a problem. Awfull company, arrogant staff, poor service, poor communication. Sheffield council should remove their welcome to Sheffield sponsorship. Never been welcome. We felt like a complete inconvenience throughout.

The sofas totally exceeded my expectations. Very professional service and the sofas were delivered on time without any issues. Would totally recommend Sofalux as it delivers high quality products.

Appalled. Paid in full 9 months ago for sofas which still have not arrived. We have called numerous times over recent months only to be lied to continually. Today one sofa arrived and it was the incorrect order. We have no updates, no one contacts us. Sofalux have stolen our money and failed to provide the goods we were promised. AVOID!!!!!

I bought my 3 +2 seater from Sofalux and the service was brilliant, my sofa is brilliant and suits all my family needs.

Highly recommend Sofalux! We are over the moon with our corner and chair suite, I was so fussy with what I wanted down to so many details and they went above and beyond to get it customised just as I wanted. My only complaint is that my husband never gets out of his armchair hehe.

Ordered a sofa and chair fro the Drakehouse, Crystal Peaks branch. The lady was very helpful. My suite arrived just before Christmas and I am very happy with it. Would definitely shop there again.

We went into the Doncaster store on Sunday and couldnt have been more satisfied with the service we received.The two guys who served us were so good.Nothing was too much trouble. Not only did we get great service( they didnt follow us around )but were there straight away if we needed them.Also had a cup of coffee while we chose our suite.
Once we found our perfect suite which they had in stock it was delivered the next morning.
The guys who delivered it were great,all wearing masks and removed their shoes at the door.Didnt leave until the suite was all set up and we were satisfied.
Could not recommend them more.
