Lovely curtains, but didn't quite nail the brief

Made and installed some lovely curtains and blinds for my house. With double height ceilings, it wasn't a problem for Scott and the team.

Unfortunately lost a star as they failed to nail my brief or manage my expectations early. I wanted a floor to ceiling finish, but despite it being technically possible, the installation method means there is a gap at the top. I also wanted a particular finish on a blind chain to tie in with the room aesthetic, but after several months they couldn't deliver. I've just been online and immediately found the perfect chain for less than £5. They could have ordered it and added a mark up.

All in I'm happy and would recommend, but if you're interested in a perfect aesthetic to match your interior design, be prepared to do some leg work yourself.
