I purchased the Amanda XL Modern Velvet Oversized Sectional Sofa. The back was a little low for my taste, but I decided to keep it. Notwithstanding the back, the sofa is very comfortable. I still get compliments on the look and feel. I'm just now looking for replacement cushion for the pillows, and that's just because my grandchildren did not handle with care when sleeping on the sofa. I would totally buy again. I just went to look for a matching loveseat or chair, and it looks like they don't have anything for sale right now ("coming soon"). Bummer- would recommend for anyone looking for a nice sofa on a budget. I'm sorry for those who had a bad delivery/parts experience. Had you gotten the sofa, you would have loved it.

Received the couch. I ordered because the site claims they accept returns from 30 days after receipt of item, however it has been 2 weeks of me calling the only number they have, and emailing the only email address they provide with NO response. The phone line give you 2 options: 1 for customer service and 2 for all other calls, neither of which send you to a human or even automated service. It is a really cheap phone answering service which is a tell tell sign. I don't think I'll ever hear from Sofamania. Would not recommend.

Company refuses to stand by the product and provide missing hardware pieces, even for a cost. They do not stand by the service listed on the website and do not treat customers like they matter. They get the sale and then you are on your own from there. Unprofessional, condescending customer service people who will not take a call and refuse to elevate the request to management. I have went 3 months without a couch hoping they would resolve the hardware issue and at the least provide some support. We now have spent hundreds of dollars on a cheaply made couch that we can't put together or use.

Purchased a piece of furniture on July 9, delivered July 14. Exactly as described, and a great value. Very happy with my purchase and delivery. Thank you!

We recently purchased a linen fabric sofa from Sofamania within the last 6 months. During that period, one seat cushion spring completely collapsed, the storage trunk hinge broke, and the sofa frame itself cracked (completely unusable). No one in our family weighs over 190 lbs...if the price seems too good to be true, RUN AWAY!

We bought a leather sofa and loveseat that are not real leather like I was told. They are the most uncomfortable sofa and loveseat in the entire world. The company never calls you back and just passes on your complaints. They do not offer a refund or return unless they take 20%. Never will purchase from this company again.

I was so excited about getting my new sofa. When it arrived, I quickly began to open and prepare to assemble my new sofa. Initially, I was quite impressed with how it was shipped. As I began to assembled the sofa, which was not complicated, I ran into a problem with the bolt holes not lining up. I quickly called Customer Service who requested photos or video to back up my replacement request. Which I did and my replacement was approved and supposedly shipped that same day. That was 02/01/21. Well, today...9 days later, I finally received the long awaited replacement arm. I had the sofa ready for installation only to be totally disappointed, dismayed, upset and even angry that the WRONG arm had been shipped. I had to wait 0ver a week to get the sofa initially and then another 9 days to get an arm with holes that line up properly, only to find they don't! I'm not going to wait ANOTHER 9 days for ANOTHER arm that may or may not fit!!! Sofamania needs to OVERNIGHT me the correct arm with holes that line up. This is ridiculous!

I bought a sectional from this site roughly a year ago. The couch broke after less than 2 months. I emailed their support and never got a response. I fixed the couch and continued using it. I am coming up on 1 year with the couch now. It has broken 3 times, and springs are coming through the cushions. I was finally able to get ahold of their support and they told me there was a 30 day warranty and it was essentially too bad and they couldn’t do anything. 0-10 I would never recommend. Sold me a $600 piece of garbage marketed as a couch. Hopefully this helps someone not make the same mistake as me.

I would NEVER order from them again. Cheap furniture. I ended up having to gorilla glue all the parts together since there was no warranty. Also their QA department never got back to me.

So they have a store on ebay, same logo, definitely them. Should you purchase a sofa, or probably anything for that matter with any weight to it, they cancel it should you live too far. They offer free shipping, so when they saw that I live across the country, they cancel the order. They did it once and claimed that the sofa didn't "pass quality control" inspection. First off, they're made in China, so what do you expect? Louis Vuitton grade material? So that's nonsense. Not only that but they still have the same sofa up for sale, which means they have many more they could have chose from. So I found another sofa I liked that they were selling, decided to give it a shot. It was labor day weekend, found sales everywhere but this sofa seemed decent for the price and the reviews on ebay. Not sofamania reviews but actual reviews of the sofa quality. Anyway, I told them about the sales here, asked them to NOT cancel this order as I would miss the sales here as well if they did. So they canceled. Yep, the next day. Now the sales are over and I'm still stuck with no sofa that I've been waiting to buy for months now. So I'm going to do my best to warn people not to buy from them. Jokers. I'll also be contacting the BBB. You guys stink! I also wanted to include this, which I found on the BBB:

Consumers also allege not receiving their orders in a timely fashion. Furthermore consumers allege not being able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds. On August 15,2018 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received. On August 16,2018 the company responded stating they were aware of the issues causing their pattern of complaint and are in the process of alleviating their current pattern of complaint. The company is currently implementing new staffing departments to help cope with their new growth, enforcing quality control in two points, China and the USA, and establishing stronger accountability with their delivery partners. Your Better Business Bureau will continue to monitor their complaints.

I love my sofa. The company kept me updated with my shipping. It was an easy assembly. Assembled in 10 minutes. Great purchase.

This was for my bedroom. It was my 1st online purchase, i was so anxious how it would work.Too my surprise, transaction worked smoothly and i received it however one of the leg was slanting towards floor after i assembled my item. It was quickly replaced by a team and very comfortable and fabric is soft and smooth to have a warm feel. If i keep aside the leg issue, perfect management and smooth transaction by any company.

I had initially booked a Sofa from different shop from their Thanksgiving deal but then cancelled that after choosing this better offer from Sofamania. After 1 month, they cancelled my order without any prior conversation with me, I am left with no Sofa, All the Thanks giving deals are gone and I need to have a Sofa in my house and no way I can get it in Thanksgiving deal rates at any outlets.
Who is responsible for this financial loss of mine?
I don't understand how can they cancel my order just like that,...it is like putting fake deals just to attract customers and cancelling them. If there is no stock then why do they accept orders?

This is a wonderful sofa that i purchased from your store. I like the color, comfort,material as well as customer service however i had slight issue with the description of the item. Still it's worth the price that i paid for and moreover eaveryone at my home liked it.

I was so excited to receive this chair after all of the great reviews.

I received a completely broken chair. There are at least 4 nails sticking out and the cushion seat fell on the feet as I moved the chair. The whole chair was broken.

I have contacted Sofamania and am awaiting a response. Expecting at least a full refund. So disappointed.

I may update my review based on the response from the company, we will see.

This recliner is reclining properly and the leather fabric used to materialize feels amazing. When anyone sits on it, it provides such a warmth and relaxation. Though it took some time for me to assemble the recliner but i am happy with the way it is working. I hope this recliner lasts long as we all are habitual to it. Thank you!!

This sofa is a great pleasure. When i sits on it, it provides so much of comfort and calmness. It was assembled by me in 20 minutes without any hassle. Very reasonable and delivery & shipping very quickly. I would recommend this to everyone.

I received my order yesterday. I see a lot of reviews about their sofas, but not for chairs. I bought 2 of the Rogers glamoris boudoir-style velvet accent chairs with tufted details in black velvet. They came within 4 days as promised. It came via fed ex. Assembly is easy and the directions and legs are stored under the chair itself in a zipper. If I didn’t read that before on another review, I would have sworn I was shipped the chairs without directions or legs. Lol. The chair matches my tufted black velvet Victorian style couch perfectly. I got these on sale for $110 a piece instead of the usual $190 a piece. Will recommend and buy again.
