Avoid this store at all costs – they refuse to take responsibility for defective products

I bought a corner sofa from this store, and after only 13 months of normal use it developed a serious hidden manufacturing defect. Nothing was visible at the time of purchase or delivery, yet now internal parts are falling out and the fabric underneath has torn due to poorly secured components.
This is NOT normal wear and tear — this is a clear manufacturing failure.
What makes the situation even worse is the store’s shocking lack of customer service. I submitted a full complaint with photos, descriptions, and evidence. It has been a week and I have not received a single reply. Not even a basic acknowledgment.
This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. Once they take your money, they simply stop caring — even when the product fails due to their own manufacturing issues.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this store. The quality is unreliable, and their after-sales support is completely nonexistent.

I wish i read feedback before buy !

I wish i read feedback before buy !! BEWARE!!! Received faulty sofa . Armrest screw was faulty Ended with flimsy sofa! Also it was hard as rock !! Quallity is not acceptable! Send messages for return was ignored twice. Opened case in Paypal ! They win as i had no evidence . What a joke. Ignored 14 day online purchase return policy ! You should be closed !DONT BUY

Scam be aware.

Scam. Be aware. I highly doubt they actually have any sofas from my experience with them.
They actually had the audacity to tell me I cannot open the sofa packaging fully to veiw the item. After some very dodgy and slow communication all of which has been recorded they then tell me they are cancelling the order because I want to inspect the sofa before I pay. This is a cash on delivery service. Which made me even more suspicious. Previous to this I tried to pay via my credit card on their site. My bank blocked the transaction and called me suspecting this to be a fraudulent site. So to be told the item will be cash in delivery made my alarm bells ring louder. Here is the text conversation with my details deleted.

Me... I have the cash ready. Once it's inside my house and it's as advertised in your website and I am happy I will give you the cash. If this sofa is not as advertised or very poor quality I will not accept it. Please make sure it's the correct item as advertised on your website.
THEM...Okthe courier does not assemble the sofa, he just delivers it to your home
ME...That's fine. I just don't want a cheap poor quality sofa. I'f it's not as described and doesn't look like the sofa on the website it will be rejected.
THEM...Upon delivery, you will be able to inspect the sofa from the outside and, if necessary, gently cut open the packaging in one place to ensure that the delivered item is as ordered. Unfortunately, it is not possible to completely unpack or assemble the furniture in front of the courier – the packaging must remain largely intact to maintain the right to a return or complaint, if necessary.
ME....Actually. I will open all packaging and make sure this is the product you sold me. I will make sure all measurements are correct and the colour is correct, I will make sure it the right sofa as advertised on your website and the same quality.
THEM...Due to the conditions you have requested for delivery, we are unable to proceed with your current order on a cash-on-delivery basis. For this reason, we have cancelled the order.
If you would still like to purchase the sofa, you are welcome to do so directly through our website.
ME... I'm within my rights to ask this as a consumer. I tried paying through your site but my bank called me and told me this could be a scam If you are a genuine company with genuine products. You have nothing to worry about. In fact I would leave a very positive review on trust pilot. You only have one review. NO REPLY.
If they are a genuine company they wouldn't be saying I cannot take the package off to inspect. I hope this helps anyone that has encountered this fake website. Report them to the police. Update in response of the seller. I did not choose to receive £100 discount for choosing a cash on delivery service. I wanted to pay by credit card. I also stated that I wanted to pay by credit card for protection both ways. It was the seller that said if you pay by cash it's £649. I have all the evidence. I also told the seller that my credit card payment was stopped and that my bank advised me this is a scam. Seller if you were honest it would not have bothered you that I wanted to inspect this sofa before payment. Do not gaslight me. Your response hasn't helped you. It's just proved how dodgy you are.

Customers can pay securely by debit/credit card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Klarna or Clearpay – all with full buyer protection. We also have over 4,000 reviews on eBay with 95% positive feedback, showing thousands of happy customers across the UK who have received their sofas without issue.

In this case, the customer chose cash on delivery only to claim a £100 discount, but then requested full unpacking before payment – something no courier service can provide, as it invalidates the packaging and return policy. For this reason, the order was cancelled before dispatch and no payment was taken.

We respect genuine feedback, but this review does not reflect a real purchase experience. Our focus remains on delivering high-quality sofas quickly and reliably to customers nationwide.

If I could put 0 stars I would

If I could put 0 stars I would, after 3 messages they reply, no communication and no telephone number to call, asked to change the colour a day later they didn’t have it in stock, yet I could order the same one through the site 🫣 I will NEVER order from here again. Shocking service. What should have been an exciting time moving home and getting my sofa I’ve now cancelled after waiting nearly 3 weeks. Don’t even bother tryin to justify yourself under here because your reply means squat!!!!!!!

Worst delivery experience

If I could give no stars I would !!!
The delivery experience of my sofa from this company was unacceptable and the company is not taking any responsibility for their drivers actions!!
There deliver people that deliver my sofa have damaged the sofa when trying to get it in the house and they come up with a idea in the end to try get it through the window and when doing so damaged my window and now I’m going to have to pay for it £200 as the company is not taking actions for there deliver drivers responsibility!
Now I am left with a broken window, beautiful sofa yes but with holes in places and scratches on the material, scratched floor and door frames!! And all I wanted is for them to take responsibility of their drives actions and pay for the window only ! That they damaged trying to take it off with a screwdriver.
I wouldn’t buy sofa from this company if you want a bad delivery experience! And for the company to not take any responsibility for there drivers they use!

Our delivery team acted beyond their standard duties solely at your explicit request. The sofa could not fit through your door, and you personally asked the drivers to help remove a window so the item could be brought inside. Despite the fact that our drivers are only required to deliver to the front door, they agreed to assist you out of goodwill, spending over an hour helping you with a task that is not part of our service and for which they are not paid.
Please understand: if an item doesn’t fit through standard access, it is the customer’s decision whether to return the product (at our cost) or attempt alternative delivery methods at their own risk. In this case, you insisted on proceeding and our drivers supported you — entirely outside the scope of their obligations.
We are always happy to go the extra mile for customers when possible, but we will also defend our team when they are unfairly blamed for situations they did not cause.
