Swift delivery and wonderful quality of the topper protector. The zippers open up on the four sides and make it very easy to wash.

Bought a very expensive Sofitel mattress from this company. Ordered a King size and they sent the wrong mattress which we did not discover until it was dragged upstairs unpacked and places on the bed.
To make matters worse they now want me to send the mattress back to France at my expense, then IF they decide it is returned in new condition they will refund the purchase price.
Do not buy anything from the Sofitel Bouitique.
