Probably one of the worst product I bought

I have the a soflow e scooter for more less 2 years and since the beggining only had problems with it. First of all the brakes were dead after probably 3 weeks making them impossible to fix even going to a shop. Second time battery died after 1 year and I had to send it back to them because warranty was still available and today the tyre just decided to die and can’t be inflated again because the valve is broken. If you have to occasion of not buying any product from this brand please do so. Customer service went probably for eternal vacations.

SO ONE PRO

Got my SO ONE PRO from local retailer (outside of EU) and the very first ride after charging it overnight was just 5 minutes, it shut down and did not work properly, probably a faulty battery
Local store got me a replacement but turned out it had issues with motor connection and wire was heavily damaged, the motor was somehow spinning inside it's shell and ripping wire apart
With a lot of arguing got a third one which I am currently using
Not long after motor started doing creaky voices under load but this issue comes and goes
Tires are kinda bad, i was getting a lot of punctures until i got replacement ones but i couldn't undo the front wheel so for now I replaced just the back tire
Their app which is essential for locking and unlocking scooter is written in Flutter, was not updated for over a year is constantly crashing, lagging and misbehaving so I just made my own because there were absolutely no response from official support email since august
When their servers will go down all scooters will be pretty much useless
The scooter itself not horrible but flashlight is very dim and theres no point in having dark theme on tft screen, can't see shi' outside
It was a very frustrating experience so far, especially lack of support and I should've gotten Mi Scooter 5/pro/max instead, at least those have suspension
Claimed 65km distance is fake, I do understand that it's on 15km/h but "comfort" mode (22 km/h) estimates 50km and max I've ever got was about 31km with my ass weighing 70 kilos
The build is nice tho, device does feel solid
Max speed is capped to 22km/h, probably due to mine being DE variant and there's no way to change it unfortunately

dead end customer service

We have this scooter the 4th year, barely used, the battery is dead, they dont sell the batteries online, there is no local shop that does repairs on this brand, their customer service is a dead end, they reply little as possible... so i guess i can just throw away this 400eur escooter?

Do not buy

Do not buy! For the price you pay, you can get Same or better quality. My scooter
So one pro 990 CHF had a software issue after two weeks. I tried to ask for support but all I got was stupid questions, back-and-forth, asking for the same information that I have already provided in the web form when opened the case all this instead of a solution. Thank God that I live in Switzerland and I was able to return it to the reseller and got full refund. Their customer service is a joke, impolite unprofessional. I think this company is only as Swiss as there sticker says Swiss design Swiss company like On or many other, would never do this Eastern European customer support. Huge disappointment. Be smarter then me read reviews before you buy :) kind regards KK
