He was so friendly, approachable and really knowledgeable, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Amazing staff who are extremely friendly and helpful compared to every other sofa shop in Boucher. Highly recommend for anyone who can't make up their mind about their first/new sofas. Don't waste your time going to other shops. And yes the sofas are all very very comfortable

After having almost bought a recliner in 2 other nearby unrelated stores but let down by poor sales process, I visted Sofology on Boucher Rd and came away with what I think is the best bargain I have ever had. No hassle with a demo, no problem with the item, no hassle with sales process or being asked to sign away my consumer rights on a clearance item, just a straighforward sale with 12 monthx warranty and a delighted customer.
