I purchased 2 sofas from sofology roughly 10 years ago and had no problems that's why I chose to return I was even served by the same assistant who was very helpful again

Excellent service
The gent who helped us was fantastic - super helpful but not pushy.
He was informative and had a lovely manner too.
We saw a sofabed that we actually liked from a shop across the road but left due to poor service…came here immediately afterwards by chance, saw a sofabed that we equally liked but literally got it because the service was miles better!

Helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable staff and great product range.
From the moment I walked in the store nothing was too much trouble for Neil (Wallbank). His patience with me, his guidance and product knowledge were simply the best.
The process of ordering the chair was also very easy with every option explained thoroughly with no pressure to accept them.
All in all I would have no hesitation recommending Sofology at Blackburn to friends and family.

Great customer service
The sales person was there but not hovering. I got all the information I required in a friendly manner and never felt pressured to make a decision.

Really enjoyed our visit to Sofology. Blackburn. Came away happy we’ve made the right decision after being taken through our options with the sofa we chose. The sales guys took us through everything and we are more than happy at this stage, hoping delivery process goes just as well🤞

Having been to several other stores before coming to Sociology, Damian answered all my questions in a Very Professional manner. Didn't feel pressurised at all!
