Happy with the experience in the store. However, The packaging was all broken and the sofa was exposed in multiple areas. Very likely the sofa was then exposed to dirt and dust.

The salesman who took our order wrote an incorrect email address and misspelt my name. Both these errors were spotted and corrected at the time we placed our order. However, we decided to take out the four year interest free credit option and because of the misspelling of my name, the finance company would not proceed. We contacted Sofology three times to correct the misspelling of our name and email address but after a week we just gave up cancelled our, credit agreement and paid for the whole order with a single payment. This delayed our order by over a week.

I have just moved into a new property and wanted some new sofas. I had been shopping around but had not seen anything I liked.
I walked into sociology and knew that this was where I was going to buy my sofas from.
When I walked in I was welcomed by Raza, who gave me the space to freely walk around and have a look without punching on me for a sale
When I had looked around. He approached me asking if he could help
I explained what I was looking for and what the size of my space was.
There was 3 different sofas I had my eye on and he took the time to go through each option with me to see if it worked with my space.
He spoke to me about the positioning and the size always making recommendations according to what I had said I needed rather than what he was trying to sell, which made me feel in control of the decision rather than being pushed into a decion I was not happy making.
Once I decided on the chairs I wanted we discussed the different options of colours and care and Raza really talked me through this asking me about the colour of the floor which was a big help because I was going to go for the darker option with dark floors. He was able to paint a vision that I could see for myself and I walked away extremely happy with the service and the product.
Definitely a 10 out of 10 for the service I received from Raza at the brent cross sofology I would recommend him to everyone

Awful shop manager, awful customer support. They don’t listen and don’t help to resolve issues. Everything is black or white.
Tho, the sales person, a nice lady, tried her best to accommodate me but her manager shut her down.
