The instore experience was great

The instore experience was great, we went to the store in Cambridge and bought our sofa from a gentleman named Ethan. This was the first sofa we have bought and he explained everything in depth so we understood and took time with us to make sure we picked the right sofa. The reason this isn’t 5 star is because of the website, we tried to order colour patches 3 times to our address and each time then it was on 3 day delivery but never turned up and when chasing it I got no reply which was a big let down. On the whole the instore experience was great and Ethan made the experience enjoyable.

Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience! We walked in having been looking at sofas for forever, and explored every option. The sales people put no pressure on, allowed us to take our time and choose what was right. We bought a sofa!! Ryan was incredible, really friendly, and approachable, not at all pushy!!

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience, packaging taken off outside in the rain, bit of damage to the sofa and care kit missing, all very rushed.
Not much better customer service in store either when I asked for a refund for the care kit, was told I had to contact customer service in a very disinterested manner. Wasn't even offered the phone number, I had to ask for it.
Seems that in store they are only pleasant and professional when you are placing an order.
The only good part was speaking to Zoe in customer services who was really lovely and seemed genuinely concerned that I'd had a bad experience and organised the refund for me. Shame more of your staff aren't as professional as her.

Excellent helpful friendly staff, not pushy and trying to rush my decision.
A good selection of sofas to look at on the floor, liked 1 but decided to look at other stores. Out of 4 stores returned to sofology and bought the sofa that best suited my needs.

Our delivery service is a two-person home delivery and installation team who bring the sofa into the room of your choice, assemble it and remove all packaging, so the charge covers the handling and transport required for larger furniture rather than the value of the order itself. It’s a difficult choice and it was very knowledgeable in this topic and allows us to explore.

On Sat Ethan was extremely helpful with explaining the different fabrics textures as the sofa we wanted was not on display in Cambridge .
We went back on Sun and Ethan kindly got our new sofa ordered in under 30 mins .

Excellent service. We were able to look around without being hassled and more than willing to answer any questions. When we decided on our purchase they were very helpful and accommodating. We had a specific list of requirements…

We had a specific list of requirements when we entered the store, these were listened to and we were shown the possibilities available. There was no pressure to accept anything unsuitable and the whole process was friendly and relaxing. Hence, we found our sofa and chair meeting all of our requirements.
