Nice and helpful staff

Amazing customer service provided by Phillip. He went through everything thoroughly. Now we patiently wait for our sofas to be delivered.

Phillip was extremely patient, thorough and friendly throughout our visit taking time to explain all the details including any minor details. Thank you for making the experience stress free and calm!

Easy transaction, very informative!

Went to the Newport road sofology store and Phillip made us feel very welcome was very knowledgeable, he made sure we had everything needed any any extras that would prolong the furniture for as long as possible.
Overall a pleasant experience and looking forward to the delivery of the new sofa

Very easy and professional

We entered the store and was greeted by Jake, who left us to browse at our leisure. We made our decision after considering our options at home. We went back to the store and was greeted by Jake again. He say with us, offered us refreshments and took out order ensuring we understood each step. We left the store feeling that this had been an enjoyable experience with no pressure to buy. The range of sofas is extensive and we felt we had made a good decision. I can honestly say this was a first rate service and Jake is an excellent sofologist (his job title). Thank you for everything we will certainly be recommending your company.

When we initially entered the store, a young lady by the name of Aggy introduced herself asked us if we'd been there before we hadn't so she explained a few basic things and left us alone to our own devices. She also asked us if if we wanted a tea or coffee. When we had decided on the sofa we liked, we managed to get hold of Aggy to ask her some questions of which she was very helpful. Throughout our time there, there were no pressure sales and everybody was very helpful.

Wonderful support and advice from Leigh Mitchell. He gave us as much time as we needed, providing technical and practical advice.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Was welcomed by very nice people offering coffee and water for the dog on arrival. Really friendly staff towards our dog. This made us feel very welcomed. Sales person named Leigh… was really helpful, professional and pleasant person to deal with. This is second time we have purchased from this store, and both occasions were great! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience at Sofology today, we were just meant to be window shopping but came out with a gorgeous Sofa. Leigh from the Newport Road store in Cardiff was amazing. Gave us advise but left us to explore and then was on hand to answer our questions, sat with us and made the purchase as smooth as possible and was even treated to a fab cup of Decaf tea, highly recommend Sofology and Leigh in branch. Super helpful salesperson! Very kind, clear, and to the point. Couldn't have asked for better.

Huge ,pleasant showroom helps to display sofas at their best. Pleasant sales people where nothing is too much trouble to be served. We felt as if we had loads of interesting and abundant choice of styles and coverings, although we were not interested in all the extras on display. e.g. foot lights etc. The offer of a cup of coffee and a biscuit went down well!
