It’s a mixed review to be honest! The sofa is very comfortable, recliner, adjustable head rest and lumbar support. I broke my L1 bone in my back last year and the lumbar support really helped.
However, the sofa cost just under £4,000 and took three months to arrive. When it was assembled by the delivery drivers it was put together really poorly. It came in many different parts, which they hooked together in the wrong order. Gaps everywhere, dips in the arm rest (which, 3 months on, still hasn’t been resolved), nothing was lined up properly. Another engineer was sent out! He fixed the gaps, had to take the sofa apart and rebuild it. I was told the arm rest should resolve itself over the next few weeks…it’s not happened! The seats still come away from each other if sat on in even the slightest wrong way.
For the money I was expecting the perfect product! It’s comfy but I would NEVER use Sofology again…too many issues with the finished product!

We visited to browse. Salesman was polite and friendly. Greeted us as we entered and told us a few important things about the products and then invited us to take our time and look around. Any questions and just call him. There was no pressure, my husband was determined not to purchase anything however he did succumbed and we bought two 2 seater sofa’s

The lady I dealt with was really really good one of the best. She explained everything thoroughly. I even ended up getting a chair as well as the sofa. Definitely highly recommend Cardiff Sofology to everyone.
