Staff were lovely lets us look without pestering.

The staff were excellent and understood what we wanted in furniture.
After choosing a light coloured sofa when I got home I realised it was completely wrong. I rang next day to ask if I could change to a darker colour and the staff member was so good and had it changed. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

They were amazing in the show room so helpful and made the whole experience nice and easy

The overall experience received from the lady who greeted us at the door, from her knowledge about the products to her very caring nature was just over and above what I would normally expect

Not very easy to access my account, it was also approved with wrong name told them in store told me easy to sort it out but it’s being so hard helpless

Customer service person was very professional. I would have rated 5 star but felt the products are a little bit on the high side price wise

The help and information given by the sales rep, she was informative, knowledgeable, patience, ideal for her job and our needs, no pressure, listen when needed (and heard) spoke when needed, the only negatives were the fact despite offering to pay outright we could not get anything for this such as a discount or free insurance so finance was taken which with the interest to be earned over the next 4 years by keeping that money in a basic bank account covers the insurance plus point love the idea of a sofa MOT after two years, very different, but its a shame you dont take away the old sofas as an extra offered by others, major plus point all that was agreed has been kept to so far unlike another (SSC anagram) who agreed a sale phone two hours later to demand more money then refused to give the money back when we cancelled.
As it stand we are now counting down to delivery, roll on Xmas

Before we went to the store I already knew what sofa and chair I wanted. However, when we got there we were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Corey who was very knowledgable and explained everything which helped us make a decision.

The staff was very welcoming when I came into the store I’d already chosen what I wanted, she offered me a drink and we sat down and she began my order

Five Stars for Esa at Sofology Coventry ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Visited Sofology in Coventry today with my wife and we were lucky enough to be looked after by a fantastic young man called Esa.

Esa showed us around the store, answered what felt like a million questions, and was incredibly polite, patient and knowledgeable throughout. He then mentioned that he was actually new to the store and had only been there a short amount of time — which made his level of product knowledge and customer service even more impressive.

He was an absolute credit to Sofology. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was genuinely a great young man to spend time with.

I would massively recommend visiting the Coventry store and, if you can, spending some time with Esa. You won’t be disappointed.

Very helpful staff and even when I changed my mind about colour !!!

I wasn’t intending to buy my sofa from Sofology but went to browse the store in Coventry. We spoke with Lauryn who was both well presented and knowledgeable. We left to think about it and returned within 10 minutes and found Lauryn again who guided us through the purchase. Not pushy at all, Lauryn had confidence in her product. Can’t wait for the beautiful sofa to arrive. Great experience as a customer.

Excellent customer service! Wendy helped me through the whole process, even patiently explaining the differences in all the sofas on offer. She listened to what I was after and really helped me choose. I can’t thank her enough

Had a great experience when ordering our new sofas. Corey was professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. He gave advice where helpful without being pushy or going for the "hard sell". Hope we enjoy the sofas as much as we enjoyed buying them!

Staff left me alone and only gave advice when I asked for it. No hard sell tactics. Good selection of furniture with good range of colours.
