The salesman George was very helpful he gave us space to browse advised us on the swatches. I saw the second sofa on display and liked it straight away however we were given sound information about it by George who advised we look around the rest of the showroom on what else was available best advise ever as it turns out. We looked at the rest and even went outside to the other shops to look at other sofas but I decided the second one was the one to have. We went to the swatches selected three put them on the display we whittled it down to two I tried the sofa again saw George called him over and he allowed us to take the swatches out side in natural light to see the differences between the two. We decided on one and George then ook us through the procedure to buy it. He took us through at our pace and answered all our questions with out hesitation we are now awaiting our new sofa Thankyou for the good experience we had

Very little pressure to buy, the staff have an awful lot of knowledge about the products.
They also have opinions which is helpful when you can't decide. I had a lovely couple of hours in store!

Really easy transaction from start to finish. Sahil was great, no overbearing sales techniques/pressure, he was happy to leave me and my wife to have a discussion as to whether we should go ahead with the purchase.
Once decided, it was a very quick process of taking details and a deposit, job done.

Don't get conned by hidden terms and conditions. We paid a 10% deposit by credit card and weren't offered a swatch to take home so ordered one on-line which arrived 4 days later. Clearly wasn't going to suit our carpet colour etc so went in next day to try to change the colour as we liked the suite. Was told there would be a charge of £749 (25% of the cost of the suite) as changes can only be made within 48 hours. Terms were hidden away on page 8 of 18 pages of small print Ts & Cs which we hadn't been shown at the store and they couldn't provide us with a copy of our order and what the terms and conditions were that we'd ticked the box to agree on their tablet. If we want to cancel the order there's a 30% charge. If we'd bought on credit we'd have had a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Have told them we're not going to pay their arbitrary penalties and they've said they're keeping our deposit. Currently we've made a complaint to the Furniture Ombudsman and the bank's Section 75 team to get our deposit back and have contract rescinded.
